We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United States4 things I did not like: #1 -The AC really didnt work all that well. Good enough, but if it was super hot I think we would have had to get another room,. #2 The remote didnt work 1/2 the time #3 the shower head wasnt locking so it was not sending out all the water. the plug wouldnt lock so you only got 1/2 the water pressure. #4 - the bathtub drain was slow so all the soapy water was still in the bottom of the tub when you were done....just typical hotel stuff....
Love the updated floors and the bed was great. Location was good and I think the price was good.

United StatesWalls in the room were scuffed all over. In the bathroom and bedroom. The cable box for the TV would not come on. The side north door entrance was very dirty. Trash outside the door and the sidewalk needs power washing in the worst way.
The breakfast was poor. Plain eggs and biscuits. Packaged Danish were stale.

United StatesThe end door where we entered was never locked. I told the staff, they corrected the issue, however, when we returned the following afternoon, the door was unlocked again. Our room was clean, but it looked like it had started to be remodeled and they just quit before completion. The shower was sloppily installed, The door knob hole was over cut and jagged.
It was the best location for where we were visiting. The Staff were wonderful and the room was clean

The facility seemed to be currently going through an update as well as somethings completed with regard to update. Nice amenities; but simple. Newer flooring; planked vinyl but there were gaps in the ends of the installation that would allow for dirt to collect. The base boards matched the flooring but again, poorly installed and installed with very large end gaps. The tub was very slippery. Cleaning wise there was a finger nail (fake) on the floor when we arrived. Towels were clean as well as the bedding. The bathroom stool was extremely low with regard to its height and difficult to negotiate for a man with arthritis and challenged knees. But overall, it was what I expected and I did appreciate the personnel that were there at the desk and facilitating the cleaning process during our two night stay.

United StatesLocation, it was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They made check in very easy. I had been there before and checking was LONG and they had given my room away but the new owners are doing a good job and the fish tank was a plus the gentleman even took time to show us what find of fish were in the tank and educated us on them. My kids go to the University that’s located in Kingsville and I will keep staying at the Quality Inn every time I go for a visit.

United StatesArrived and wanted to use the table and chair to write some notes; they were covered in roach spray and there was a dead roach laying upside down on the table. Floor was also greasy with spray as was the coffee maker. Second night, I thought they would at least clean up the dead roaches, but no; however, they did manage to make up the bed. Refrigerator was frozen solid and made noise all night long. Exhaust fan in bathroom rattled the ceiling. A/C blew cold damp air because the drain was apparently not working. Rubber floor tiles could be lifted with your finger nail; glue had come undone. Never again and I'll spread the word.

United StatesSleeping the car because a very large roach slithered under the bed. General cleanliness was poor, Entire place needed a good vacuuming, and extermination. The first room we were checked in to had large leak over window, and mold, this room should not have been offered to guests until this problem was dealth with.

United StatesWe found cleanliness to be the major issue. Multiple dead bugs in the corridor and the room. The floor was so dusty that we had to wipe our feet before going to bed... The location is very close to the highway. Get rooms on the opposite side if you can.
Easy parking, friendly and efficient staff. The breakfast was basic but honest at this price point. The microwave in the room is very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the Wifi was fast.
