We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI dropped a earring on the floor, which landed under the sleeper sofa in the room. I was horrified when I pulled the sofa away from the wall. I really liked the hotel, area, and environment. Unfortunate it wasn't clean. Sink was stopped up.

Free breakfast consist of a cheap small individually wrapped store bolt honey bun and coffee that is only hot as soon as it's brewed doesn't stay hot so you get cold coffee. There are only a couple of staff members that are nice! One of the owners is beyond rude!! She insulted me and called me a liar when I was telling the truth and even done it in front of two other customers! I have never in my life been so insulted and so embarrassed at any business establishment by a staff member at that establishment in my whole entire 40 years of life! The room was filthy! Drink machine took our money a couple of times and nobody would do anything about it! And I have been staying for about 2 and 1/2 Weeks and I'm registered for a program pay two nights get one free and I have yet to get my free night and was told yesterday that I would have to go 30 minutes away to redeem my free night that it doesn't even qualify for the hotel that I'm staying at which is totally different than what I was told several times my first week and a half here! I am very very shocked that Wyndham hotels is allowing their name on a business that is being run the way this one is I am very very shocked!!
