Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomWe were shocked to see the hotel like a building site and workers about. It would have been nice to have know this before we arrived. The tea and coffee in reception was on the cold side most days.
The room was a little dated although the bed and bathroom was clean.

United StatesVERY POOR QUALITY BREAKFAST. It was different to what is displayed and described in the website. INSUFFECIENT hot coffee, very limited and poor continental breakfast selection. Our 1-day old tuna sandwich from home was much better. I RATE THIS 1/2 (half) STAR.
It was conveniently close to location of work. Room & bathroom were clean. Ground floor room was convenient for the disabled.

United StatesThe entire place is messy, old nicked furniture in the entrance In the way to our room. The bottom floor was dirty, and many, many floor tiles were lifting. The room itself was old but clean. The breakfast was nothing at all like the other Quality Inns we stayed at on our trip. A waffle machine, bread for toast, coffee, orange juice. We got to bkfst a little late there was no syrup for the waffles. It was all just a disappointment for a Quality Inn.
The bed itself ended up being comfortable.

United StatesI didn't care for the customer service at all from checking in till I checked out there was only one person there that was helpful to me but even then didn't seem happy at all. And like I said in the previous part of the survey the girl that was there when I checked out was just completely nasty and not nice and not helpful and she was training someone and she was giving off that energy which is not good. She doesn't belong in customer service I would have called and made a complaint but I tried to remain positive in my daily endeavors so it wasn't worth my time. Someone like her would make me not want to go back and stay there.
I really like that we had access to a washing machine and a dryer.

United StatesThere is cracked floor tiles in the bathroom and I feel that it is unsafe and unsanitary. We did let the manager know about the tiles when we left. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable and I woke up with a stiff back.
Staff was friendly and polite but we arrived close to 9AM and asked if we could check in. Although we had to pay an extra $35.00 the hotel was able to accommodate us.
