It was run down, the bathroom was dirty and the bathroom fixtures were rusting and the mirror frame had a chip out of it.

They had unlimited hot water.

The location wasn't that great. It was very dark outside. The door didn't lock correctly and the top bed sheet had cigarette holes.

All the staff was great, very welcoming. Rooms were clean.

The hotel had no signage. We showed up in the fog and had no idea if we were at the right place. It was dark and there was little to no lighting. The room was fine but there was hair left in the bathtub.

The front staff help was great, we especially love Sarah she has great personality and knows how to interact with her customers.

Fridge in room is broken. AC barely works. Shampoo/body wash/conditioner dispensers were empty. No garage bags in the one small trash under desk.

It’s close off the highway and they allow dogs.

I booked months ago, and was given a basement room next to the laundry room… staff chatting loudly at 630 am. slamming doors, carpets in my room, and the hallways were extremely dirty. the towels provided in the room were dingy and worn thin. the front desk person was very hard to understand his English was so poor. overall very disappointed with this motel.

Overall quality of the room was fine. Didn't feel clean. Felt old close to a motel feeling. Not what I would expect for over 150 a night.

The placed is dated, and grubby. Room looked crammed with furniture. Lamps shades were loose, lights over bed didnt work, no light bulb in one of the lamps, no carafe for the coffee pot and the desk top felt sticky, crummy looking fake turf out front, chipped scuffed paint everywhere. The place needs a total makeover. It's past the end of its lifespan.

Had to leave for 30 minutes, told front desk I was returning. Upon return, my door was wide open, with my stuff inside, bed was stripped down and towels gone. Not very reassuring. Very noisy at night after 12 pm.

Missing smoke alarms, torn curtains, advertise a hot tube didn't have one, room key kept failing to work, very overpriced for what you get. The hallway smelled like someone had been smoking weed in one of the rooms

Bed looked like it was slept in and not changed. Bed cover had stains and so did blanket. Towels needed a bleach bath. Fridge smelled like strong food odor although it was empty.

The staff was about the rudest I've ever seen and I've stayed at a lot of motels we got a do not rent again because they thought we had homeless people coming in are room to taking a shower because I had to ask 1 time for Clean towels and had to explain to them that the person they are calling home less is the one that booked the room . they like to sit out side And in the lobby talking about guest and I find that that is the most unprofessional thing .no matter some ones living Sichuan that if I pay for a room I'm a paying customers. And spend a lot of money to have the same experience and some one else that looks like they have money.

the microwave tv and fridge are old an not in very good condition at all. No Iron or fan in the 2nd room. 1st room had no microwave plate and no hair dryer. It seems like their rooms are all missing stuff and not as nice as the say it is.

Poor housekeeping. The refrigerator was full of the previous guests’ leftovers and partially dunk wine. The waste cans had no liners. The hallway carpets were shamefully dirty and stained. The staff was very nice however.

The location is convenient to I-90.
