The beds were very uncomfortable. Shower sucked and didn’t really get hot just barely warm.

Upon arrival I was asked for a 200 dollar deposit to be return at check out the pool was closed and had been for some time hotel needs upgraded at check out it took a little bit to return the deposit woman kept saying they would have to go check it I told her fine I would wait she just handed it too me the hotel is not what it looks like on the web site

Bathroom was dirty, shower curtain was not screwed in and almost out of the wall, toilet would run and run if you didn't push the handle a certain way after flushing it. Room smelled of pot and was supposed to be a non smoking. The shower was dirty and our room never got cleaned during our stay. Asked for towels and the front desk clerk gave my husband the third degree about why he needed 3 towels. Hot tub and pool were not working and the website did not reflect this. Breakfast you couldn't take anything back to your room. My husband got snapped at when he tried to bring me some breakfast. No phone in the room so you couldn't call the front desk for anything.

If was false advertising about the pool I was charged for two night I told them at check in I would not be staying a second night cause the pool did work as advertised the only reason I booked the room was for the pool for my granddaughter she was very disappointed

Bathroom door didn’t have a doorknob just a hole where it should be. Pool and hot tub was ice cold. Two beds in the room one was soft and one was hard.

The value was good and they had a nice breakfast.

The pool was not able to be used. It was being filled. That was not listed on the site. The breakfast was only half of the options. The bathroom was rundown and baby flies everywhere. And not enough towels.

A lot of things I didn't like.

There wasn't much to like we had to change rooms twice! First one wasn't really and the second one had a bed bug. The pool wasn't even open or "working right"

No internet. Television signal would regularly cut out and come back after a few minutes. the noise from the trucks on I-40 was terrible.

The first room they gave us wasn't clean had holes in the wall the beds were not made n a chair sat on the bed. The second room I found the comforter on the floor when it was supposed to be clean plus the heater was broke in the poil

Property is messy. There is old room stuff sitting outside. Furniture, mattresses etc. Room tub drain was slow. Ended up standing in a couple of inches of water by the time I finished my shower.

The price was right. Just needed a place to sleep while traveling. Didn't have high expectations.

This once was a beautiful place. Sadly it appears to be poorly taken care of. Front desk staff, if they look up from the phone or pc, barely acknowledge you. A large garbage can in the halls was literally overflowing with trash and had bags of trash next to it. Had to request for housekeeping to come and bring new sheets as well as sweep in one room due to dirty/stained sheets on the bed and large clumps of hair under the sink area. The one supervisor was very apologetic and housekeeping came right away. She was lovely and also apologetic. However, I think a change in management may do this place some good.

The layout of the hotel, this place used tp be beautiful. James the supervisor was great as was the evening housekeeper.

The location was about what I expected from an older motel. It was clean but showed it age. Restaurant and bar were closed and A/C was not working in parts of the lobby. Breakfast area had three machines down. Only drink options were coffee and milk (from a gallon jug in the refrigerator). Food options were cereal, waffle, one muffin or microwave biscuit and sausage. I was there at 7:30 AM. Internet in room was terrible but worked in lobby.

Bed was firm but comfortable. A/C in room worked well. No problem checking in.
