The light went randomly on during the night - I suppose there was some kind of sensor and if we moved on the bed, the light turned on by itself. To me this was unacceptable because everytime it happened we had to get up to turn off the light - needless to say, we didn’t sleep well.

Good wifi, swimming pool and hot tub. It’s cheap. The room was older, but we didn’t mind at all, it’s just better to know this before booking.

I’ve stayed here several times in the past and have always had a pleasant experience. That is the facilities and staff made it a nice stay. This time, I was paid in advance for two nights. The morning of the second day, I was napping on my bed with my big old yellow lab, with the door open for fresh air and sun light. I was awakened by a maintenance guy…. He woke me from a sound sleep…. To tell me that my dog was a danger to the staff and that I must close the door….My dog didn’t wake up and continued to snore, by the way I couldn’t believe that this guy thought it was a good idea to wake me up… My friendly old dog was asleep….when I do get up to close the door admittedly with slightly more force than necessary …. His dumb response to waking me up was to threaten to evict me. I went to the front desk demanded a refund for the remainder of my stay and checked out…. It was unnecessary, rude, and bad business!

I like all that is offered for the price: microwave, refrigerator, tub , a decent room in a good location

Older and needs some maintenance and my bathroom had ants. Overall it was a ok. The pool equipment was dated and broken and there were some concerns about delayed maintenance.

The room was clean but dated but it was ok. The property is dated and in need of some repairs but overall my experience there was great. I enjoyed the pool and the hottub and the location was unmatched for me.

There was only one socket in our room so it made charging our devices a little challenging. The pillows were also really tiny and a bit uncomfortable.

The staff was super nice! I also appreciated that the parking was free.

The area near the room’s front door wreaked of urine. I passed this along to the front desk who said it was probably water, but it smelled like a urinal and with dark carpet covering the floor it’s hard to know. Either way it was unpleasant. The shower water pressure was off and mostly leaked through the tub faucet. Thai was passed on and they sent a person to check it out.

Free coffee at the front desk. Clean and comfortable beds with air conditioning that adequately kept the room cool.

Bathroom smelled like cat pee, shower wasn’t clean, tears/rips in the wall. The AC was musty.

The room itself was pretty run down. Marks on the walls, the bathroom needs to be painted and updated. The security lock and moulding around the outside door was damaged. The whole room itself needs a facelift. We would have extended our stay for a second night but the hotel jacked up the price significantly for a Friday night stay. Definitely turned us off as it wasn’t worth the higher price.

The area was quiet at night and the pool area was very nice.

A bathroom receptacle did not work, toilet leaked slightly at the base, toilet roll dispenser listing out of the wall, was not explained that your room was not made up and linens changed day 2 unless you requested it. We returned expecting room to be made up and it wasn't.
