I only had two bath mats in my bathroom to use. Didn’t notice until after I took a bath. Had to dry off with a bath mat. Bathroom floor had tiles that were broke as well.

Toilet didn't flush well. Elevator was out of order. TV had to be reset by staff in order to function. Flickering light in the bathroom. Unhealthy choices for breakfast.

The carpets need to be shampooed and there were plenty of cosmetic issues, like peeling wallpaper, that should/could be addressed. The bathroom door in room 200 had scratches from someone's pet. There were also 3 or 4 loose/unattached floor tiles in the bathroom. I could pick one up... It is only two floors, but it does not have handicap access to the second floor.

It was a good value.

The property was not properly cleaned. I found a dead ant in my bed. The window was broken, allowing other bugs to enter the facility. The sheets were dirty, lots of sand and other dirt in the bed. There was not any soap/shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. There was not a tv remote and only one channel was available. We could not change the channel.

When we first arrived and got out of the car, there was immediately a very strong smell of Marijuana. The closer we walked to the front of the building (we parked on the side) the stronger the smell became. Once we reached the front there was a guy walking back into the hotel and a guy sitting out front smoking a cigarette. At first we thought it was the guy sitting there but realized he had a cigarette, however, whoever was smoking the Marijuana had tried to put it out in the cigarette butt thing but didn't actually put it out and it was still burning in the ashtray thing. Guy at front desk was nice gave us our room key. Was a little spooky walking to the room because people were just sitting outside the doors (we realize this isn't the hotels fault, but it was a little creepy). When we got in the room there was a big red stain on the carpet ( could have been kool-aid) went to put our stuff in the mini fridge and there was stuff in there already ( I assume from the previous people) finally went to take a shower and there was no shampoo. There was conditioner, lotion, and a body soap bar, but no shampoo. Needless to say the hotel wasn't bad, just a few things that didn't meet expectations.

Breakfast was great. Not a lot of choices but what was there was good. Stayed at a different hotel a few days before and everything was burnt, so very pleased yours was not. Only complaint on Breakfast was that the hot foods were not warm, everyone was microwaving the food as well as the coffee.

The room had alot of dead crickets around, the bathroom floor tiles were cracked everywhere, the toilet kept clogging up, there was crayon scribbling on the walls, the TV remote would not turn on/off the TV, the curtains were hanging off the curtain rod so we didn't have full privacy. It could have been vacuumed better and curtains replaced. Couldn't make coffee in room because it was missing coffee basket. I was able to get decent coffee downstairs.

The staff was very helpful and nice. Especially Crystal at the front desk and Kim in housekeeping.

The bed was comfortable but the bedding did not fit properly so during the night the sheets came off & we were sleeping on the bare mattress. This is not ideal on a hotel mattress.

My room did not have toilet paper or bath soap, I had to retrieve from front desk. The tv remote would only operate if you pointed it at box behind tv cabinet. Front desk clerk told me about this issue when I checked in. She was very kind and apologetic but it made operating the tv very annoying.

Breakfast was so, so, there were no eggs or meats of any kind, only cereals, waffles, and some bread choices, and gravy.

The rooms we booked was not ready when we arrived at 4 pm, but manager let us check out late the next day, which was great. The room that we was first assigned did not have air conditioning, manager exchanged our room for one upstairs, but the rooms upstairs had a weird musty smell.

The property had great customer service. Staff was very helpful.

We stayed at this location because of the pool and we had to get out of it at 3pm one day because they decided to shock it instead of doing it during the pools closed hours. Then we could not get in it till 20 min before it closed the last night we were there.

TV is stuck on one western channel. Hairdryer broken. Telephone broken too unable to call front desk. Had to walk over to the desk to complain. There is no maintenance to fix issues on both days. No discount provided. Will not return to this location.

Breakfast was decent. The attendant was very nice. The front desk overnight lady is also very nice and accommodating.

The afternoon checking in guy was stressed...some employees didn't show up. Everyone knows about it cause every business has it too. We understand. And today he wasn't smiling either and I think he worn the clothes yesterday too.

The night lady who checked me in was very professional, nice, smiling, and nice. When I got in my room there wasn't Conditioner and she got it and delivered to me.

A/C kept soaking the carpet all around the unit and I have a bad knee and was given a room on the 2nd floor ( and there is no mention of the fact there is no elevator. Wouldn’t have stayed if I had known that fact.

For the price of this hotel, i expect a better looking place. There were gnats in the bathroom. The bathroom needed work ( scratches on the tub, patched holes in the wall). We were only given 2 sets of towels initially and when i asked for additional towels, i was given pool towels that were threadbare.

The staff was friendly. Location was conducive to the casino. We felt safe at this hotel.
