Very overpriced for all old furniture and equipment, no elevator

I didn’t like that the doors don’t stay locked when the door handle is swiveled by my toddler who can easily get out of room no other locks are installed. Also did not like the closets not having doors and no Smart TV’s. Our building was smoke free zone however, as we were leaving from our weekend stay there was heavy smell of smoke in our building.

I enjoyed the location it’s right next to downtown. We booked in the Willow House which is a building available near the main hotel building. I enjoyed how neat and clean rooms were. The breakfast was delicious they have a waffle maker which is my husband’s favorite amenity when it comes to booking a hotel must have waffle maker. There was a line for waffle maker so very popular amenity 🙂

The room had a bit of strange smell after we checked-in, and was a bit dusty.

Amazing location - close to the old historic town, and not far away from Yosemite Park. The hotel also offered complimentary breakfasts, free parking and super comfy bed. There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi for the hotel guests.

The cleanliness in the important areas (bathroom, bed) was good, but the room could have been vacuumed before. We don’t understand the single-use dishes at the breakfast only, this is not sustainable and not nice to use.

The location is perfect for trips to Yosemite (also when you come from Sequoia), the town at all is really lovely. free parking on site. The room was alright, the breakfast had basic options but fine.

Room is big enough. Interior is good for this type of hotels. Was clean in general. Stuff is nice. I had two rooms and they accommodated us near one by one. Breakfast not huge, but you can find eggs, small meat like burgers, bread, yogurt, some sweets, waffles and drinks. Not a huge price for busy weekend. Would stay again.

Curtains on room window are very translucent which means very little privacy, especially at night this feels really weird. Hot tub/pool closed for the winter which was not advertised on Booking.com. Having hot tub access was part of why we booked so it was a letdown to not have access to that. Tried to get a late checkout Monday morning and was only allowed 30 extra minutes because they told us they were "really busy". This is in January, peak off-season, and the parking lot was maybe 1/3 full so I'm not sure what really busy means in this case.

We got a double-bed room, which is quite nice, but there was only a little space for our two huge suitcases. So maybe one bed would have been better.

The check-in was smooth and fast. The room was well equipped. The breakfast was mostly only sweet stuff, but had a bigger variety than some other inns. The location is also good, you can explore Mariposa on food, and only 45 min left to reach the Yosemite Valley. So if you wanna arrive in the early morning at Yosemite NP then I would recommend to at least spend one night at Mariposa.

The toiletries were have used. The toilet paper ran out with no spare rolls in the room. The shower floor was very slippery.

There’s no fruit at all in the breakfast. At least some bananas would have helped. It’s still 1h away from Mariposa Grove and 1h away from Yosemite Valley. I would have chosen something closer to any of those two places, but prices are unreasonable there. This hotel is a good option.

It’s pleasant. Located in the centre of Mariposa. Breakfast included in the price, with the basics (waffles, yogurt, meat patties, bread and oats). The room is big and basic clean. Bathroom good as well (shower could be higher tho, still can’t get over how low the shower head is) For the price you pay in US for hotels is good, and one hour away from Yosemite Valley which is convenient.

It’s a decent stop over place on the way to Yosemite. Get up and go from there is about an hour
