I can’t think of a single thing I did not like. Maybe the elevator being a little dark

The only thing we didn't like, they didn't have valet parking. They share parking with another hotel, and you take your vehicle there, and the other hotel parks your vehicle for you. Also, you have to walk back to the other hotel to pick your vehicle up. Oh, and there's no complimentary coffee in the lobby even though there is a coffee maker in your...I don't trust using those😕

We loved everything about it. The setup and the layout of the hotel were great. The staff was great.

Water being fixed first morning we're there after arriving late the night before.... we planned for no water after 10:30 as the memo read. When arose to get a shower at 8 before water to be turned off, no water ! They decided to do it early ! So, no showers after a long day of airline delays, etc... bummer.

Sunday continental brunch was very nice. Staff was very nice. Location is key, and layout of room very good this year.

Windows were very dirty on the outside, which affected the light. And the bedrooms are in the internal part of the building, which means they do not have windows - this made it a very odd experience not knowing what time of day it was! (But this, of course, is not something the hotel can change so it's really no big deal!!)

Much more space than indicated in the photos. The air conditioning worked great, the hotel was very secure and ideally located. It was super clean and affordable - we were most comfortable! (And they have a special 'Fat Tuesday' night every Tuesday with free wine and cheese for the guests!)

Possibly a small selection of breakfast/light meal snacks, beverages and tea/coffee supplies to purchase in the lobby area. This was available in a Mobile hotel with the option to scan and pay by card or charge to room.

The location was incredibly convenient. The rooms were well appointed and immaculate. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The sofa bed was very sparse, I was a bit afraid of a spring popping out. We could've paid for a double room but I also didn't expect the extra bed to be a very old school pullout bed. There were also a ton of bugs. This may be a thing that comes with the territory - I'm not from the south and never lived close to swamp or marshlands, so this isn't necessarily a complaint, but everywhere we looked there were bugs, little roach-like insects mostly. I was alright with it but my friend was quite peeved.

The property itself was beautiful. The history was preserved while still having modern amenities. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. Staff was wonderful and accommodating. The courtyard was gorgeous. My friend arrived much earlier than I did and she spent the day reading in the courtyard enjoying the sunshine before the room was ready. They were also excellent about holding our bags after checkout until we had to leave for our flights. Every staff member was incredibly kind and helpful. The location was perfect! It was in the center of everything without being too close to the commotion of Bourbon St. We were able to walk everywhere and there are tons of cute restaurants, bars, shops, and jazz clubs literal steps away from the Quarter House.

That location in the French quarter is less nice than some other locations we have stayed before. Temporary parking to load and unload can be tricky.

We really appreciated how clean the rooms were and they were very comfortable.

You can hear noise from the street a fair bit so glad I had my ear plugs. Decor is lovely but old/peeling in places (if you care about that which we didn't!)

Brilliant facilities in the apartment room! Full fridge, freezer, microwave, washer and dryer in a one bedroom! Nice character, decor and exceptionally helpful staff. Perfect location next to tram/bus stops and right next to convenience store and French quarter locations. Complimentary jazz breakfast on terrace each week and PC/printer for boarding passes were two amazing extra perks.

We stayed on the suite with the 2 bedrooms. The fact that there was only one bathroom for 6 ppl capacity is not very helpful during longer stays. For 2-3 nights it's manageable though.

No parking but who needs it in NOLA?

The Courtyard is so relaxing and the 5th floor apt we were in was perfect. The entire staff is so wonderful and welcoming. Don't rent a car if you're flying though. Parking in NOLA is tricky. So want to stay here again!!
