There is nothing really to complain about. Just we missed some more hooks in the room to hang our clothes. Instead of providing plastic water bottles you could have a refill station.

After a first uneasy night, the hotel manager went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and to ensure we feel comfortable. Thank you very much! We even extended our stay for one night. The hotel provides a grab & go breakfast in the morning as well as high-quality snacks, coffee, tea, fruits, water, and juice bottles throughout the day. The hotel is very close to downtown, which means you can leave your car at the hotel parking lot and explore Bar Harbor by feet.

No elevator, so it is a walk up. If you have a problem with stairs, pls be aware of that.

Food quality was exceptionally high. Snacks available too! There was private parking (would be a great perk in the high season). Walkable shopping and restaurants.

There were fewer breakfast options than expected, but they still offered yogurt, oatmeal, pastries, coffee, and tea.

Our room included all the listed amenities and looked like the pictures. The location was great for being able to walk around Bar Harbor. The staff was friendly and Amber was very helpful! Overall I recommend staying here!

The thermostat wasn't working so was quite hot in the room.

Walls are thin and you can hear everything from next room and I was cold but I didnt look around to see if I could turn up the heat or turn down the air.

Im gluten free so options for breakfast was slim and I ate elsewhere but they did have a nice little set up. Coffee was good so that was nice. Staff was really friendly and happy and it was a comfy stay.

No closet but other than that it's a very cute room and comfortable bed...I will stay again if I come back to Bar Harbor.. restaurants are walking distance only, no need to drive a car...

It was an amazing stay, bed was super comfortable and the staff were lovely. We stayed in one of the annex rooms which was perfect as we had our own wee living area separate from the bedroom. Perfect in the winter storm! The snacks, tea & coffee on offer was a lovely touch.

The breakfast was the only downside. I was explained that it was because I came off season, but a pile of cupcakes in a showcase is not a breakfast.

After spending the week before in a hotel in Manhattan, I was astound with how much room I got for such a fair price. The room was HUGE, very modern, very clean, the bed was super comfy.

The location is perfect. The rooms were large and spacious well cleaned well-maintained Susie was spectacular. She was doing what appeared to be multiple jobs, but was so warm and welcoming, suggesting places that were still open due to the off-season made sure that all of our needs were met personally begged muffins. That were delicious. She is an absolute star, and a major reason we would come back to this hotel.
