The unseasonable chilly weather but that's not the hotel's fault.

Well located hotel within walking distance of the Downtown area. Clean and spacious rooms also. The only place I could find open to eat on a Sunday.

Breakfast service was terrible. Wasnt the fault of the staff - not enough staff on. People walked away from the queue at the entrance door & from their tables because food wait was too long. Only bad comment I have but saw it most days.

The shower was an issue. It felt like the pressure was off. Also, there weren't a lot of TV channels to choose from. I come from a large family and noise helps me sleep but if there's nothing on TV, it actually makes it harder. I wish that the in room dining was open a little later especially on Jazz game nights. It would make easier for the fans at the game to come back to the room and order something from the menu to have. Also, you have a soda machine which is fine but I just wish that there were more selections on the drinks. Some people prefer non caffeinated soda like A&W. Also, having a little convenience-like store with drinks and snacks that the guests can purchase would actually help out a lot, too. I know that complimentary tea/coffee are in the rooms but I think that you should offer complimentary hot cocoa especially since you could have a lot of families staying there and/or people who don't drink tea or coffee.

I like how close this hotel is to the Delta Center. It makes easier to stay at a hotel for the night when going to the Jazz games so that you don't have to figure out parking or fight with traffic on the way home late at night.

Having finished the basketball game thought the place should have kept the restaurant open later for meals . Staff at front desk were not as helpful as they could have been with suggestions.

lobby under construction and parking lot had construction debris in it. Ended up getting a flat tire due to screw in entrance to parking lot. with that being said hotel was accommodating and made a report and gave me a discount but it was a pain in the neck to have to change tire and go trade out rental

There was very little hot water the 1st couple days and then no hot water at all the last day. Also the USB outlet didn't work

Property was very close to Temple Square, and other main attractions. The hotel was clean, staff was very good, and very responsive if any problems occurred. Would definitely stay there again.

I wish I would have looked into the parking situation a little better as I’m not from this area and had no idea that parking would be so expensive but aside from that we had a good stay.

The heater was on in the hallway on the 11th floor. Made waiting for the elevator a bit toasty. My air conditioner was a big loud, and tub didn’t drain well, but since they are renovating I’m sure all that will be fixed.

Very conveniently located next to the convention center and mall. Hotel Restaurant was good, and bartender Brandy was exceptional! Even though the hotel is being renovated it was extremely comfortable.
