The bed was not comfortable. It sunk in the middle. They had 4 great pillows, but the mattress did me in. We were also missing a desk chair, which caused me to work from the uncomfortable bed early this morning. The room had no seating at all.

Clean, nice facilities. Newish with a nice esthetic. Staff was very professional and helpful. Excellent bath care. The soap, shampoo, lotion and steamy hot water were the best!!

I ask for a quiet area, but i was put where children was running down the halls and adults was loud in the room next to me.

The floors were dusty, especially around the corners/beds. No personal room microwave, one is downstairs next to check in for all people to use which isn't comfortable for accessibility. Not a real breakfast.

Clean beds, overall good place to spend the night before going out.

It’s under construction and didn’t have water and my bathroom was dirty. Also the drainage sucked as well

The construction needs to be completed.

The staff was great, especially under the circumstances. Alot of construction on the first floor. Area where bar and restaurant will be was completely under construction, so they had to serve from portable tables. The food being served was only the bare minimum, but it met our needs, and the staff were there to help or assist with anything you might need.

Very very little offered for breakfast. Hotel undergoing renovations so that's probably why. TV was in factory mode, so there was a banner that I couldn't remove from the TV. Floor very dusty/dirty, wear slippers...

Good value mostly. Bed comfortable. Mostly clean except for the floors.

Hotel under renovation. Saw a couple of "roaches" in bathroom. Bathroom wasn't complete as parts of the bottom was missing. didn't feel it was "clean"

Room was decent size. "Eating" area under renovation and staff worked on ensuring us are comfortable.

Tub water not hot. Maintainance not helpful. Manager next day never reached out after asking for her. Breakfast not available. Construction still going on, but poor planning. Would stay again, but expect less. Mariott taking over, but was told somethings that they plan that would make me hesitate to stay there again. No microwaves in rooms despit web site saying there are. Marriott policy.

I didn't like that it didn't have a microwave in my room. There were renovations going on that I didn't know anything about in the hotel.

It is under construction. Construction workers at the entrance and lobby. Once the work is completed it should be fine.

Cleaning was not good. Hallways and elevators floors were dirty. Room was not cleaned properly. Toilet and floors was dirty. When I called front desk to complain no one came. Breakfast was just cereal and bread. No coffee. Presentation was horrible. Overall needs to step up in the cleaning.

The location was perfect. The hotel is under renovations so there were stuff everywhere. Bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant.

The fridge didn’t work. There was some kind of sand/dirt under my bottom sheet, so I slept on top of it and used the comforter. The shower didn’t drain very well. The toilet seat looked worn. The hotel was under renovation so that was a turnoff. The breakfast was disappointing. No hot food. Just pastries (previously frozen), cereal, juice, and coffee. Most of the channels on the tv didn’t work. I got an error about the antenna. The toilet paper roll holder kept falling off. The ac in the room was off when we first got there and it took a long time for the room to cool down. There were no gas stations or cvs/Walgreens around. I needed distilled water the night I got there and couldn’t find any anywhere near by.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff was very nice. The 2nd floor was quiet.
