Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Statesthey did NOT clean room daily. When I asked why, they said you have to request so I did and they still did not clean every day. When they did clean, they went thru my stuff and toke my bag of stuff and receipts of my shopping and threw it away they said. But I Had it on the table with my hat and stuff so why they threw it away I don't know why. It was not near garbage or on floor. It was neatly on table with other personal stuff.

United StatesA lot of things wrong with first room we were given (191) broken doors, windows, remote to Tv, No bulbs in lights, refrigerator not working and an angry, rude non hospitable shift manager;Ryan. He refused totally to help or rectify this horrible situation stated he absolutely had. NO other rooms available!!! He said it’s the weekend we are totally booked and nothing he could do not even reimburse us so we could go to another hotel. That’s when we decided we needed to call Booking . Com customer service. They talked to Ryan that’s when we finally got another room which was about 3.5 hours later. We felt uncomfortable, unsafe, and totally disappointed, and dissatisfied with our arrangements and how a staff so called manager would treat a guest. To add Ryan (shift manager)NEVER said SORRY (NOT ONE TIME!) for the inconvenience!, and to add emotionally stressful!!

When I updated my booking with booking.com they communicated it to the Raddison Hotel however they didn’t update on there end. When I got to the hotel at midnight after a 18 hour drive I didn’t have a room for the night.

Modern, clean, quiet fantastic rooms. The employees working the front desk last night 8/8 and this morning 8/9 were some of the kindest, most accommodating people I've encountered in hospitality - same with the gentleman driving the airport shuttle. Fantastic service!

Location was great did not enjoy staying in a hotel that is under renovation. Nowhere to sit outside. Everything was construction.

United StatesNo hot water! I called desk 3 times. 1st time: “I’ll check the boiler.” 2nd time “ The boiler’s working..” 3rd time - no answer. I was offered another room, but I was already undressed and unpacked and it was 2:00 AM, so I declined the offer. No response whatsoever from management- no contact, no apology, no adjustment of bill. I will not return to this hotel and I have been telling my friends and neighbors to avoid it,too. A second concern : the remoteness of the long term parking lot. To park my car and walk all the way back alone to the front entrance after midnight, when I checked in, was creepy. As a single woman traveler I did not feel safe. Staff could have offered me a rear, well-lit entrance. Shuttle driver was more understanding and brought us to the long-term lot in safety and out of the weather.
