they did NOT clean room daily. When I asked why, they said you have to request so I did and they still did not clean every day. When they did clean, they went thru my stuff and toke my bag of stuff and receipts of my shopping and threw it away they said. But I Had it on the table with my hat and stuff so why they threw it away I don't know why. It was not near garbage or on floor. It was neatly on table with other personal stuff.

The bathroom had a massive centipede crawling up the wall. The check in/shuttle driver couldn’t have been more disrespectful to me or creepier to my girlfriend. Took him over 15 minutes to check me in after booking a month in advance and confirming by phone.

Under construction so only the front door opened but you have to park all the way in the back but no one tells you this. Front desk worker was rude. Pillows are as flat as the bed.

A lot of things wrong with first room we were given (191) broken doors, windows, remote to Tv, No bulbs in lights, refrigerator not working and an angry, rude non hospitable shift manager;Ryan. He refused totally to help or rectify this horrible situation stated he absolutely had. NO other rooms available!!! He said it’s the weekend we are totally booked and nothing he could do not even reimburse us so we could go to another hotel. That’s when we decided we needed to call Booking . Com customer service. They talked to Ryan that’s when we finally got another room which was about 3.5 hours later. We felt uncomfortable, unsafe, and totally disappointed, and dissatisfied with our arrangements and how a staff so called manager would treat a guest. To add Ryan (shift manager)NEVER said SORRY (NOT ONE TIME!) for the inconvenience!, and to add emotionally stressful!!

Under renovations. Construction around and in building. Noisy not worth the rate I paid. Location not great. When I updated my booking with booking.com they communicated it to the Raddison Hotel however they didn’t update on there end. When I got to the hotel at midnight after a 18 hour drive I didn’t have a room for the night.

Bed, could feel the springs thru bed and made it impossible to sleep. The staff especially the desk clerk (male) the female was very pleasant but the guy was incredibly unprofessional. You need to loss this guy

Nothing all was great

Modern, clean, quiet fantastic rooms. The employees working the front desk last night 8/8 and this morning 8/9 were some of the kindest, most accommodating people I've encountered in hospitality - same with the gentleman driving the airport shuttle. Fantastic service!

When I booked, they showed a picture of the hotel looked nothing. Like what I saw. It was a good location for what we wanted, but I would not stay there again under the conditions it was now.

Location was great did not enjoy staying in a hotel that is under renovation. Nowhere to sit outside. Everything was construction.

Horrible smelt like cigarettes, had to have our cards replaced 4 times in 3 days, had 3 pending charges for our room amount and waiting for them ti correct it.

The room was dirty! Dried bogies, on the under side of desk. There was 2 big sticky spots on the floor. The curtains were ripped.

I can see the hotel was being upgraded but we were in an older outdated, dirtier room. Lobby was nice.

No hot water! I called desk 3 times. 1st time: “I’ll check the boiler.” 2nd time “ The boiler’s working..” 3rd time - no answer. I was offered another room, but I was already undressed and unpacked and it was 2:00 AM, so I declined the offer. No response whatsoever from management- no contact, no apology, no adjustment of bill. I will not return to this hotel and I have been telling my friends and neighbors to avoid it,too. A second concern : the remoteness of the long term parking lot. To park my car and walk all the way back alone to the front entrance after midnight, when I checked in, was creepy. As a single woman traveler I did not feel safe. Staff could have offered me a rear, well-lit entrance. Shuttle driver was more understanding and brought us to the long-term lot in safety and out of the weather.
