The bed is not really great, breakfast (paid 20usd) so-so, and the shower experience could be much better (no rain shower, water comes out weird, soap bottle had no nozzle, there is no door on the cabin so water does spill to the floor)

Good location, clean, safe hotel. Cannot really ask much for a value price, Staff are friendly and helpful.

Majority of staff (check in/cleaners) were all so lovely. My issue was a guy at the breakfast bar. He was so rude both mornings of our stay and made us feel uncomfortable when just grabbing a coffee. Before check out we wanted to grab a quick coffee and he swiped the barrier right In front of us and said we are closed. However the check in staff were lovely and told him to let us through eventually. Also the breakfast items displayed on the bar with the coffee are not free, which is fine but would be nice to be advised of this when you enter the bar rather than being spoken down to.

Hotel/Rooms very clean. Beds comfy. We had the best nights sleep here. Pool area nice. Location great and free parking. South beach etc all close by 20 min drive. Taxi only cost $18 to south beach. Cleaner was lovely, even though its stated rooms are cleaned every 3rd day, she always knocked with clean towels etc and asked if we needed anything.

Airplanes were a bit loud, the blinds didn't completely block out the sun, my bathroom didn't have a shower curtain or rod so water got everywhere.

It is close to the airport which is what I needed. The room was clean and was big and comfortable. The bathroom is also very comfortable. There is a mini refrigerator and a coffee maker in the room.

Location great for getting to/from airport, other then that bad location. No fast food close, cant walk to anything. Spent a lot of time in uber cars or waited on uber eats. Also didnt like the showers- would have liked a full door and not a half of one.

We ate a few times at the restaurant. It was ok. Waitress at times wouldnt come back to check on us. Chips were stale. My son liked the wings. They add the tip to the bill as well. Watch out or youll double pay.

There was no parking by the time we arrived, and they dont do parking reservations, its first come first serve. The shower glass is stupidly small, so the water will go all over the bathroom floor.

The bed is extremely comfortable. Good blinds on the windows blocking the light. We stayed only for one night, arrived late night, so we didn’t get the chance to check the facilities.

Not ONE TIME were there clean towels, or ANY towels at the pool! Also..The pool was FULL of leaves for the 11/2 days we were there, with no attempt to remove them from anyone. (We arrived early for check in, and spent time at the pool) Every. Single. Time. I went to use the bathroom (we waited about 4 hours for check in, hotel OBVIOUSLY wasn't full), the cleaning lady was in the bathroom, not cleaning, just using THAT bathroom! The floor of our room was NOT clean. It IS a beautiful hotel. The front desk staff, and the staff at the restaurant/bar were both EXCELLENT!! I KNOW it's difficult right now to hire competent people, BUT the cleaning staff should be a PRIORITY.. If a beautiful hotel isn't clean, it changes the experience, and THAT is what a "boutique hotel" should be, an "experience " in and of itself..

The location wasn't the best (not a lot to do walking distance). Everything was a decent Uber drive away so ultimately convenient for a night before going to Miami port or catching a flight at Miami airport.

Everything was very good the service, check in and out process, front desk staff, general cleaness, art on walls, size of the room, bed comfortable, food selection at the restaurant, amazing bartender, food tasted good, huge portion, drinks selection etc

Our flight got in at 8:30 pm from Denver, CO. We were told the shuttle runs every half hour but 9:00 came and went with no shuttle. We had to call the hotel twice and the shuttle finally arrived at about 9:45. We were exhausted and the wait was frustrating. Then, when we got to the hotel we were told we were too late to order food from the bar/restaurant. I have no idea why you would close it down so early. With no transportation, we ended up having to order pizza delivery! Not what we were hoping for. Some food and a couple of drinks at the hotel would have been nice after a full day of travel.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. But, it was the staff that made our stay great. The woman at the front desk was incredible! She helped us with every single request. Amazing! It was nice to have a shuttle from the airport and the front desk staff went above and beyond setting up our shuttle to the cruise terminal the next morning. She arranged a special time for us to meet our check in time at the terminal. What a hero!!
