there was old shampoo bottles left in my shower. plus they didn’t communicate about their breakfast well and it was impossible to find information on their airport shuttle. It’s also far enough from downtown that to order food all the delivery charges are super expensive. The restaurant is more of an unused bar. literally no one ate there. I doubt the food would be any good. There is a $100 deposit as well that I wasn’t fully aware of. I know it’s pretty common, I just wish it was made clear before hand.

The property was well kept and front desk staff was nice.

The shower walls were dirty. The carpet in the hallway of the room was dirty. The sink did not go down well.

Shuttle was overbooked for time requested. Even though we were first on the reservation list, other groups who did not have reservations or who had late reservations crowded the shuttle and others who had early reservations were not able to get on safely as others had to double up on seats.

I got locked in the bathroom because the lock was broken and had to call the front desk.

the staff behind the desk at night. also I called and asked if we could park there after flying out the next day and I was told yes to tell them when I check in…got there they don’t do that apparently as of a month ago yet I called the day before we drove four hours from Boise and was told they do…..

The hotel staff at the front desk was sniffling and coughing and not wearing a mask. The shower during “off times” took about 6-8 to warm up and would never get hot. In the mornings, it worked great. The room had a lot of stains on the walls, mainly bathroom.

my room wasn’t what was advertised, I could’ve booked the same room but $20 cheaper, I was expecting a fireplace like was shown in the photos but most of all the person who checked us in wasn’t happy to be there, and it showed. we couldn’t hear him and he wouldn’t speak up, he seemed judgmental we couldn’t hear him and only gave us one key, and looked us up and down every time we crossed paths in the lobby. however the man who checked us out was amazing and kind

when you walk in the lobby looks exceptional, breakfast was better than other hotels nowadays. comfortable bed and clean facilities.

The hotel is near busy roads and there was a lot of road noise throughout the night. The hotel is also surrounded by very bright lights and they have only thin curtains that don't prevent the lights from shining into the room. So we had to try to sleep as if the lights were on in the room.

It had a distinct smell when you walked in the lobby. Carpets needed vaccuming, room needed a little bit more cleaning. Head boards had previous hand prints which we didn't see until morning when the sun shined thru. Pillows also had weird odor. Sheets were slightly grey.. does not appear to be white, clean or inviting. Bed looked a little worn, sunked in the middle. Bathroom was clean, towels are the same with bed sheets. Didn't make it to breakfast but I can only wonder what it was. Lastly, it wasn't mentioned that they were doing construction on the the outside.. they had tarp over the lower windows, they had fences on the lawn. Thought I was duped when we pulled up. No signs for the lower garage parking didn't know where to park, had to squeeze in a small space for parking. No wifi password was provided, also the front desk agent didn't even bother checking my ID.

Lower level was clean. Room was spacious.

Hotel is old and currently being rebuilt. Loose tiles in bathroom, huge stains in carpet, construction equipment everywhere. Recommendation would be to close it, renovate thoroughly and open up again.

Few staff for many guests. There was a bad smell in the bathroom and the bed sheets were dirty.

The location was good a few minutes from the downtown. The breakfast is good and the room size was good.

the professionalism and lack of friendliness of the desk staff. Our room did not have heat. When we alerted the Manager on duty,who sent up maintenance . The heat did not go on and to fix the issue he brought a small portable heater. The outside temperature was low and it was cold. we had to return to the front desk two times to get our cards correct so we can enter the room.

Staff was inattentive, and not in any hurry for anything. The restaurant on-site SUCKED!!! The facilities were subpar for a Radisson- restroom door stuck, needed resizing. The door lock card reader kept malfunctioning, and the parking situation was dreadful. And at checkout, wasn't offered or received a bill, receipt...just told you can go...to later see charge on AMEX, without even an email detail. Will never consider staying here again, and will advise everyone of the same.

Definitely not a clean place, the carpet in the hallway is disgusting, our room was full of different kind of hair, the bathroom smelled pee it was horrible. For one night you can stand it but I will never return In that place.

Necessities were not restocked in bathroom -- only one soap, tissue box was empty after pulling two tissues out. We had to ask for washcloth -- they only stocked for one guest. There were sharp carpet tacks exposed where the carpet joined the tile...very uncomfortable when stepping with bare feet. The phone did not work to call front desk or out.

Restaurant Shuttle service and drivers were friendly and prompt. Thank you.

The grout in the shower was moldy, that is an easy fix and would have improved my faith in the rest of the room being clean.

Everyone was super nice, it was very convenient to Trax and the airport. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were a bit too mushy for me. Overall, you can see the work that has been done to make improvements

Cleanliness...windows weren't clean, both top comforters had big stains. Floors weren't clean, especially. Elevator was broken.
