The room was great. We were on the 1st floor right next to the pool. Enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was just opening with new owners, and we were one of their first customers. Food was great and the owners were very friendly. We also got to park inside a gated area, which made us feel safer.

The facility was rather shabby and needs maintenance. Hallways weren’t very clean, but the room was. Pleased that it didn’t have carpet.

The location to Burbank Airport was fantastic! My reservation was handled well. Staff was helpful and friendly. The pool looked inviting but I didn’t have time to use it. I like the retro building.

Outside looks run down and same with exterior corridors could use some renovation. Dirty bedding and towels in overflowing containers in the hallways waiting to be washed.

The air conditioning, particularly the fan, was very loud and rattled. It seemed like an old system compared to the newly renovated room.

The room felt modern and updated, the bed was comfortable and the lighting was good. Plenty of room and spacious bathroom & sink/vanity area.

One thing I am not happy about. Before I booked this reservation, they said they would have complimentary grab and go breakfast available. I did not see anything that said that would be until the restaurant reopened, which it did right as I got there. I was told that per their policy, that there was going to be no continental breakfast. If I had known that, I would not have booked the reservation with this location. I really feel misled and it is their responsibility to clearly communicate that fact and they didn't.

I liked the greenery in the inner part of the location. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and a good value.

Save for the Jack-in-the-Box, there is really nothing within walking distance, so expect to rent a car, or do ride sharing to get to places. There’s no view other than the concrete canyon of the freeway and the train tracks this hotel sits between. The place is noisy, so sleep with earplugs.

Conveniently located near Burbank Airport, with complementary Lyft/Uber to the airport and with spacious rooms, this budget hotel is what you’re looking for if you don’t need any kind of frills or room service. Dq

The location is in a more industrial area and the surrounding neighborhood seemed a little rough.

The inner courtyard was surprisingly tranquil and we liked the secure parking inside the steel gate in the middle courtyard as well.

Not sure of the location at first. It's right on the highway. When you get off at 5:what does make it convenient. However, driving around the outside of the building it made you wonder about the safety and how it would appear on the inside. But it was very clean in the lobby and very clean in the room and the rooms are very soundproof.

The room was very clean and very spacious what was this big there were a lot of people here and a lot of rooms, but I never heard anybody walking above us or door slamming. Our door was very thick so it's shielded a lot of the sound because it's also by the airport

The location wasn't the best.

The rooms were clean. Smelled clean but not that weird clean smell. I liked that the rooms were not carpet. The setup of the hotel is nice, every room has a pool view.

Room service took a while to arrive and didn't really know when they would arrive, I'm still waiting for them to email my receipt which I asked they do for for me when I left at 5am this morning around 18 hrs ago.

Needs recliner or ottoman TV choices not up to par. Wish I had brought a Roku Too close to RR track Pool was closed for our two day visit, would have been nice to know before we booked.....
