No elevator, everything falling apart, no door knobs on doors, smoke alarm chirp, front desk clerk dressed in sweats, front desk full of personal items and a mess, dark, lightbulbs out in atrium where pool was.

Kids in the hot tub the hall ways where dark there was a hole in my bathroom door covered in black tape there was a big gap under my door. Kids in the jucuzzi all night playing. The lawn was all over grown and the hallways smelled musty. I had a none smoking room and it smelled like smoke.

The hot tub was Luke warm and it was very dark and none of the lights outside our room worked...one pillow was dirty.

The room was not clean. There was only one wash cloth in the room. The security door didn't close and latch, allowing anyone to enter the building. The pool area was over ran with kids and no adults around. The breakfast selection was below average. No juice available and dry cereal and no milk. This was just not a good hotel.

There was really nothing about this stay that I liked. For what we paid for there should have more options. Plus when issues were brought to the attention of the attendant I felt like I was a bother.

Walked into an interior pitch black room. Had to use a flashlight to find a lamp .Then noticed the drapes falling off the rods. The frig had a crack down the outside & didn’t cool. We were given a different room. This was the room w/the cracked frig.

Breakfast was a challenge finding things. The person we met the night before helped to get us a room w/privacy. She was very helpful.

the property needs a rehab, breakfast doesn’t have alot to offer. not very appetizing. it has a late 1970’s feel. and I was over charged by almost $200.

Building doors accessible to anyone without being an actual paying tenant. The building floors were dirty and not maintained. Room bathroom had previous stains in the toilet and tub from previous tenants . Mirrors and other objects were dusty and smudged with gressy fingers. Floor was also very dirty and sticky and hasn't been washed in a long time.

The cost was a bit high for the cleanliness of the place. It was desolate and barely booked but they said there was only one room ready (we tried to check in an hour early due to our event). Then we noticed the pool/hot tub was only open in the evening time durning which we’d be at our event, we booked for this reason and nothing was noted on hour changes per website. Also, when we returned in evening they had all 20ish rooms booked along the one corridor facing a freezing hallway, where all the interior rooms where empty. For someone in the service/hospitality industry I’d never recommend the place, and definitely not for the $100 plus per night to stay. Carpets, beds, sheets and towels had stains (carpet wasn’t even vacuumed), mold in shower. Gross beyond gross! Just overall a place to rest your head, if my car wasn’t packed and it was nearing winter……i would have camped or stayed in my car instead.

Location was perfect for the event we were coming into town for. Reading the reviews, to be honest, no hotel in Michigan City had great reviews. The staff was great tho :)

Not clean. Ramada sign barely lit, restaurant totally empty at 6 pm. New security door installed but very difficult to close. Most people left open. Air conditioner installed in a sheet of painted plywood. The height of the room. Glass was removed and plywood installed ( what ? ). Telephone was there but not wire to room discovered. Talked to front desk. The clerk laughed and said it's a wireless phone.

Hmmm, thinking ok here it is leaving with all 4 tires still on vehicle. This is my last hotel using Booking.com, they have really backslid. This is a Wyndam....for shame

The hotel was run down and dirty. Understaffed like everywhere else in the area. Room wasn't clean, sheets looked slept on. Hot tub smelled nasty. People were coming from comfort inn to swim. Hallways were ungodly hot. Area was sketchy. Homeless people sleeping in the dirty parking lot. It was all bad especially for the price

Run down, room door difficult to open , cigarette burn n bedspread, bathroom smelled funky and the tub stopper wouldn’t stay up, bathroom door knob about to fall off. I wouldn’t stay there again
