The hotel room was very dirty and not even cleaned before we came in. An empty cigarette pack was laying in the drawer next to the bed and there was trash in the refrigerator. The curtains and the sheets had very questionable stains and 200 dollars for a night is absolutely ridiculous.

Scary dirt hole oh wait a dirt hole is cleaner. You would think 180 dollars a night it would be nice.

The pool view, the pool, the cute settings in front of the rooms, the hot tub was perfect, breakfast self serve rooms, perfect size , my power got knocked out by storms so I needed some where affordable and quick to stay this def helped take my anxiety of pool had a deep end and one side my 4 year old and 7 seven could walk in, the pool was also a nice temperature has nice little outside relaxing set up to I wish I had more pictures when I walked up to my room I just loved the home type setting double queen worked for pregnant me and 4 boys and the bed and pillows were so soft and comfortable to me definitely liked it so much all the kids want their birthdays there. I didn't see any bugs or rats neither I was nervous after reading the reviews But everything was great

The staff was nonexistent, rooms abhorrent, and police came for a domestic violence issue that occurred on site. This hotel scarred us for life.

Called to make sure pool was open as we live close so we were only going so our daughter could swim. Was told yes its open 100%. Checked in and was appalled by the trash in the hallway but again daughter wanted to swim so got ready get to pool with no lights on and closed sign. But there were a few people in it. Gates were locked but one was broke so I go to the front desk and she says it should be open. Told her no lights were on and another worker comes up and asks her why there are cops here which she has no idea. So they go turn the lights on and and by then my daughter and her dad are already swimming. I go to put my towel on a table where he put our stuff and there was blood on the table. I was grossed out and tried to stay calm and not freak my daughter out. Pool was very cold and hot tub was even colder. Hot tub was no working at all. Staff could care less. This morning I take her to the pool to swim before check out and as I am returning two men with ankle bracelets are at my door knocking saying house keeping and then get mad when nobody answers and say they should be checked out. Well I paid until 12 and if I want to check out at 1159 that is my right. It was only 1130. Will never stay again.

Everything. Waited at the front desk for service for 15 minutes. The lady running the desk was dressed inappropriately.

The rooms were still dirty at 3pm. It was absolutely vial. We were traveling with small children and there was still open alcohol containers in both rooms. Garbage on the floors. It only appeared that the beds had been made.

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. Pics can be provided. We had to switch rooms as soon as we were assigned the first, bc the room was so filthy. No apologies, just a different room key. For $180 for one night, it was absolutely outrageous! This has to be against Board of Health codes. We went out and bought our own pillows and blankets bc the room was so disgusting. The carpets throughout the facilities were filthy, not vacuumed at all. The landscape had weeds everywhere. Shopping carts littered the parking lot. 2 towels provided for 4 people. Curtains would not close all the way, rooms smelled musty, lamp was literally falling over and did not work, frames falling off the wall. Worst experience of my life!

The hotel was filthy, it smelled terrible, very sketchy people coming and going, and staff was horrible. My daughter and I stayed for two nights, we went to the beach and left our suitcase in the room. Upon returning I discovered a member of staff went into my room and stole several items from my suitcase. The staff person stole 2 pairs of my shoes, hair care products including my hair wand, perfume, and worst of all, they stole my 2 year old daughters clothes. When I told the front desk staff what had happened, they said they did not think anything like that could happen and asked if I was sure things were missing...I did not bring a lot of things for a two night stay but I certainly brought my daughter outfits to were that were gone so YES I WAS SURE!! I had to go buy my daughter a new outfit because someone stole her outfit and they could not tell me who was in my room, despite their claims of having cameras. The management said there was nothing they could do and they don't see why anyone would go into my room and take my things. I filed a police report, but without knowing who was in my room there was nothing they could do besides take a report. The cleaning staff stated the front desk person told them she would take care of my room, so they did not enter. The front desk person said she opened my door, but did not go in because she saw my suitcase...that was a lie because I shut the curtains before I left and when I returned they were open, so someone was clearly in my room. PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY!!

I will NEVER stay here again!! I did not like anything about this place. I would rate it a 0 if that were an option.

Every single thing.

We really liked the stained carpet, broken blinds, stained sheets, and most of all the cigarette burns in the comforter! Such a luxurious experience. The upkeep on the building is impressive. Not only did we feel a little unsafe but we also got to be fearful of taking bed bugs home!

The rooms were not clean we were overcharged there are drug addicts everywhere we deserve better garbage everywhere outside of the room no one ever claimed it I wish I had took pictures it was that awful

Noise and filfty people. Didn't get to use the pool next time I'll make time to try it out. Room keys kept messing up. Didn't see staff but at check in not enough towels for 3 people. No juice for breakfast. I didn't get much sleep do to the partying til 3am

Nothing. Checked into the hotel only to get keys to a room that was still dirty, there was trash everywhere. Even throughout the hotel it was dirty, dark, smelled awful. I gave the keys back and told them we will not be staying there.

there was holes is the walls the place looked and down. the room had a weird smell to it and the floors was badly stained. the bathroom was dirty and there was a roach in the tub.
