Hot water was not running on July 5th AM and no late night or early morning staff at front desk to even call and report issues. Looks like no on shows up until 11 am or noon They ask to leave the key card at room and vacate

Would be nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The upstairs outside walkway is sloped and slippery. I almost slipped and fell everytime I left my room.

Everything is old, the bathroom was gross, I'm glad it was just an overnight trip because we waited until we got home to shower. One of the beds in the room broke.

Smell like old basement. Bathroom light switch had to be flicked off and on for it to work then when you thought it was off light would turn on without being in bathroom. Toilet kept running, had to remove lid and jingle chain for it to fill with water. Tv reception was in and out and kept freezing up. Didn’t feel safe so we left before midnight after spending only a few hours in room.

Room had a damp/musty odor, hallways had a strange odor as well (not bad just unpleasant). Rooms were dated, with several cosmetic issues. (paint drops on the floor and doors, cracked moldings, stains on chair) bathroom mirror was spotty, like a cleaner was sprayed and not wiped off) tv had...17 channels at best...9 of which had "poor connection". Outdoor pool was covered (wasn't aware) and vending machines were empty.

Good location in regards to food, restaurants, shopping. Beds were comfortable. Um...that's about it.

There were gouges all over the walls as well as scribbling in the drawers. No hangers, TV didn't work on several occasions, one roll of toilet paper for two days and two people, no bath mat, you needed to be Hercules to pull the bathtub water faucet, stain on the bed spread........Just dreadful.

No breakfast unless you bought it at the attached Hooters. No coffee, tea or anything in the lobby. They do accept dogs but at a charge of $10 per day per dog.

Never stayed there and cancelled reservation over 24 hrs before arrival but they still charged credit card. Called multiple times to get money back. Still haven’t refunded my money. Disputing charges with back at this point. Scammers don’t ever stay here

the room I had was not clean. one bed had been used wet dirty towels hair on bathroom vanity where someone had trimmed beard.room hadn't been cleaned from previous guess

Everything, room was 81 degrees and A/C barely worked . Place smelled and was run down . Broken parts on floor from vending machine . We did not even stay and I was refused a refund . This place should be closed ASAP

property exterior not maintained. large percentage of property consisted of extended stay tenants which made it look like low income housing. local reputation was to not stay there.

Quiet, very clean. Not sample any food, so no comment there. Front desk offered some flex if our departure connection was delayed, but it wasn't, so we did check out on time.
