They did not hold up to the price quoted online. I was charged $70 more than expected. They do not take cash, which i thought was strange so when i get my bill.... Surprise

Never could find any one at front desk. Take you 20 minutes to find someone. All but 1 ice maker was down. One if them leaking on floor and no wet floor signs or anything. When you stepped from wet carpet unto the tile floor you would slip and slide. Had to go all the way on other side of complex for ice. 20 minute walk. Stayed 3 days. Never once cleaned rooms, no fresh towels or toilet paper. Had to go to front desk for that. Refer to first statement. Place has many many things wrong with hotel, doors falling off hinges, doors going in and out key card won't work. Toilet handles about to break off. I could just keep going, but im not. It's just not a good place to stay. Oh let's not forget online advertises bar & grill and restaurant on site. Yet all of the was closed down permanently.

Arriving at the facility to find out the computer was down. ok, I understand. I returned to my vehicle to eat my dinner. after completing my dinner, the computer was up and I checked in. I was very tired and wanted to get to my room to sleep. I had been on the road driving all day. The clerk took my credit card and my license for check in. The clerk handed me my card for my room but “forgot” to hand me back my license and credit card. I was to exhausted to notice. I went to my room and settled in. I awoke 7 hours later and checked out with a different clerk. I drove 279 miles away and stopped for gas only to find out the evening clerk “forgot” to return to me my credit card and license. it took me calling 4 times before someone answered to phone. yes, they had both of my items. I asked why a clerk wouldn’t return those items to the customer after checking someone in. this clerks response was “we sometimes forget.” So, at sometime that night, the clerk found my items. would have been easy to ring my room to let me know, walk down to my room and knock on the door. No, the clerk decides to place the items in the cash drawer. I am really pissed having to drive an extra 500 miles plus to recover an item that the clerk “forgot” to give back to me. Piss Poor Service and Unforgivable “Mistake”

No elevator to get to the second floor and we had a guest that recently had surgery. They were doing some work in the hallways with ceiling tiles out. Dry wall dust was tracked into our room. It smelled like it was an older hotel that used to allow smoking. Some of the breakfast food was pretty cold despite it being in a hot plate but, they had other options that made up for it.

GREAT water pressure and very hot. Great location. Staff was accommodating and pleasant. Bed was comfortable and clean. Spacious rooms. Had hot breakfast options and the waffles were delicious.

dated property….looked on actual hotel website the day of our arrival and rooms were cheaper than booking.com….2 floors, no elevator. We were assigned a 2nd floor room. Check-in advised they couldn’t accommodate our request for a 1st floor room because we booked through a third party. 🤔 don’t think that third party assigned our room. The hotel was definitely not full. Only saw 2 handicapped parking spaces. Made parking and unloading difficult. Only one ice machine was working. We enjoyed the event we were in town for and we will go back next year, but will not return to this hotel.

I had to switch rooms 5x and 3 of the rooms they gave a key card to had people sleeping in there. My first room had the ceiling falling in and the room was nasty blood on the sheets, a screw in the bed, urine on the toilet seat and bugs in the shower. I have been there 4 other time and never had a bad thing to say until now. We will not be going back.

The room was dirty not vacuumed. NO wash rags no toilet paper stuff all over the cabinet. Handles on the cabinet where either broke or bent . When asked to be moved they refused and wanted to clean it while I was in there.

Could use some remodeling. Was some mold/mildew on ceiling in halls. Carpets were very stained. Stress cracks in the walls.
