You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Statesit had bugs, they gave us hot pockets and Jimmy Dean croissants to warm up in our microwave for their breakfast, it was dirty, carpet was coming up off the floor the bathrooms were nasty, and the area was unsafe.

United StatesSome of the staff have an unprofessional attitude and the housekeeping is poor. It seems that my room only gets so called cleaned once in a life time but doesn't even really get cleaned, there are hair shavings all over the place and the microwave and fridge do not work and neither does the TV. The lamps have poor lighting because of food stains and it smells.

United Statesdruggies everywhere. they were smoking meth in the room across from ours. there were lots of condemned rooms and my room number didn’t even have the actual room number on it. the parking lot activity after everyone was high was insane. they were chasing one another with large branches, screaming obscenities like at 2 in the morning. it was wild. we survived but lord help it. I think there was a dog Kenneth outside kids playing on scooters at midnight no shoes on like 20 people in and out of one room. the drug room. it was a hot mess. waste of money. apparently the run down hotels we used to have are now at this location. sadly the eagles nest used to be a nice restaurant and the hotel was also pretty reasonable.

United StatesThe cops were there twice and the probation department raided the place within the two days I was there. Long term tenants try to be rude and intimidating. I didn't like the cockroaches, at various stages in their life cycle. There are quite a few rooms with busted out windows. It's like living in the projects.

United KingdomDidn’t feel safe. There were rooms with broken and boarded up windows and cars in the car park with smashed windscreens. The police were there when we arrived to check in and there were people outside rooms and in the car park shouting at each other. The floor was so dirty I had to wash my feet before I got into bed. We were due to stay there again on our trip back to the west coast and have cancelled the booking.
Staff were helpful. I left an item in the room and they messaged me to say they had it.

United Stateswhere do I start? Does Booking.com check the sites that they are endorsing??? It wasn’t like I was expecting perfection, yet it was a chore to stay since I had to pay in advance. This property provides services to families and displaced persons. People running all over the place all day, tons of loud music at all hours, fighting and screaming throughout the night, continental breakfast consisted of brown bag of garbage food: twinkies, cupcakes, oatmeal cookies with a cream center, chocolate covered wafer cookies and a couple of chewy granola bars. It did include a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich which they pulled from a fridge at front desk, have no idea how long they’ve been sitting there instead of a freezer. No room coffee pot or microwave. LAST…..Cockroaches are present, had two in our room. Many, many dogs some on leashes and some that were not!! Let’s not forget the drug sales either, saw it happening on the way to lobby

United Statesdidn’t get the room I booked, booked a non smoking room because I have a 10 month old and our room smelled like smoke. missing the couch and clothes rack and a couple other things. hair was found on pillows and bathroom walls and towels. dirty floors, trash from previous guests was left under sink. homeless right outside, people living in hotel very sketchy. looks nothing like the pictures in advertisement.
