The Pool was cold. Unable to swim, The pool was the main reason we booked the room. There was algae on the floor of the pool. The building was cold and so was the room. It took until 2 AM to get it warm enough. The fan would only blow on low. The first room we had the toilet didn't work, the second one had residual BM in the toilet. We were traveling with an autistic grandson that loves to swim. can you imagine telling him he was going swimming and it not happening, we tried, but the water was even too cold for him. This is a 1 star hotel.

The hotel is in disrepair. Wall paper peeling, no fans in the bathrooms, lighting is very dim, towels are threadbare. It looks like a scene from a scary movie. For $80 a night, I should not have expected much more.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was amazing. It was heated and spacious. The rooms are very spacious.

Staff unfriendly. No hot tub like it said on website. No breakfast like it said on website. The TV remote didn't work. The carpet was duct taped together. Other guests were outside with bongos and a barn fire at 3am!

I decided to take a trip to this hotel as a Birthday getaway and I was completely disappointed. The place was absolutely disgusting. I booked the hotel because I thought that I would be able to relax and hit the reset button bringing in my new age however the hotel was everything except relaxing. When we arrived at the hotel we discovered that there would not be any continental breakfast as advertised that was the first red flag. Front desk said it stopped due to Covid. Then when we reached the room and I went to run water and clean the hot tub, I noticed what looked like feces in the tub. At that point, I tried to reach out to the front desk, concierge, maid service to see if maybe we could resolve this issue by cleaning the hot tub, assigning me another room however I was unable to reach anyone to assist me. I then tried to clean the tub myself and after spending what felt like hours cleaning I still had no luck with removing the stains. There wasn’t any pool towels at the pool . The hotel was in the middle of no where so there was no restaurants to contact for food delivery service. This place was everything but relaxing and provided the worst birthday experience that I ever had. It’s in the middle of no where and looks abandoned. If I could give zero stars I would.

Windows leaked from rain. Halls smelled like cat. No breakfast just coffee. Restaurant was closed. Was not at all like advertisement on website. Whole property needs a complete overhaul. Key fobs would not work properly. Had to try several times each entry.

We love the view big window view of the woods, really love that the room was nice when we first got there there was nobody at the desk they left the phone number to call. Could not get a hold of anybody. Left a message. Guy called me back I was already going out to dinner, when we got back there around 5 o’clock there was a young lady there who was very nice and very helpful. We got to our room and no toilet paper and the sink was clogged immediately went back down and the lady switched our room. The room was good. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the view Out the window. I think the police Musta had a flood when you walked into the entrance to the lobby was a mildew is flooded smell, but I believe they were putting a roof on and we had some pretty bad storms and water leaked and not their fault. They were apologetic about the smell of the pool looked good. We didn’t get a chance to go in it. There were people having fun in the pool tables outside to sit out which was nice. The location was great for what we wanted to do when where we were going they had fresh coffee in the morning down in the lobby, which was very nice And the coffee was good. The bathroom was clean the police was clean for the most part. I think we got a good deal for the price we paid. We only needed a place to sleep again. I want to see the lady at the front desk when we got back there that night was very nice and there was a gentleman. I believe he was cleaning rooms and maintenance who was very helpful. He was a foreigner. I don’t think he spoke much English but he really tried. He was a nice guy. And they did have a fire ring. Some people are sitting out at night around in Fire rooof Family, which was nice to see.

It was very misleading the pictures that you see online and on the website is Nothing like you will see when you actually are in the hotel.

. Looks like the they were in the middle of remodeling, rooms need a little remodeling on 2nd floor. The pool was extremely cold. Just wished the pool was warm that was the main reason for booking at this hotel.

We liked our stay Thursday to Saturday on 2nd floor.When we got there the place look abandoned but when we went around the hotel there was a few cars. Other then that service was great. Well treated.
