Upon arrival we learned that the bar in the hotel was not going to open, they didn't have a bartender..Then found out the restaurant in the building has been closed for sometime and was also not going to be opened.. We walked around to take a look at things. The game room was terrible had building materials laying in the corner piled up looked like it could have been trash. There were only 4 games and I don't think they even worked. The sauna in the pool room didn't work. The ceiling in the pool room was leaking and we also found out it had been leaking for years.. as a housekeeping manager that travels, this resort is by far the worst one I have ever been to.. Everything on the web site is deceiving. The rooms were very outdated and most things were either falling off the wall or missing. There was no phone in the room to contact front desk. I feel very sorry for the staff that they do have you can definitely tell the owners or management company does not care about the up keep on that place.. The parking lot was a sheet of ice, there was trash sitting by the garbage can for the 2 days we were there. They had a breakfast area that we were told they don't use. They are very understaffed! This could be a nice place if they had the proper management to get it together.. we will not be back..

The staff that worked Friday 2/4/22 and Saturday2/5/22 were great. They were very friendly. The guy who worked the front desk we late found out was the maintenance guy filling in. Made sure he got his daughter I believe her name was Jennifer to open the bar Saturday night for us. Which we later found out she was housekeeping..They we're the only 2 employees we encountered the whole weekend.. The bar area was very nice and could possibly be a great place to hang out. Had a nice fire pit, pool table and even a dart machine. I understand that bar prices go up in hotels but $7 for a shot of crown apple is a bit much for such a low grade place. The hot tub in the room was the nicest thing I can say about the room, it worked and was clean.

The rooms were dirty. Beer bottle in the couch cushion, empty bottle of tequila between the couch and the wall, the blinds were broken, towel racks broken and missing in the bathroom, When you shower the water stays in the tub over 4 inches it’s past your ankles. The toilet seat was cracked and the toilet bowl ran all night. The TV remote was broken had to go to the front desk Because there’s no phone in the room for you to call them. This hotel needs maintenance! The restaurant was closed… even though they say it’s open, the Lounge/Bar was closed which was one of the main reasons we chose this place so that we didn’t have to go out they would be somewhere to eat and drink.

Understaffed due to Covid. Elevators was not working, Key fobs worked on and off. Not enough towels. Restaurant/bar was closed I'm assuming due to Covid. There were no signs indicating that the bar/restaurant was closed. Check in was pleasant and easy but there was no one at the desk for hours. Again, I assume due to lack of staffing due to Covid.

Great location, great price, nice pool. great deal if you are buying the H2ooo pass.

Signs everywhere say mandatory masks, no one was wearing them, including staff behind the reception desk. Also signs saying no smoking, and a fine for it, and the smell of pot was everywhere. The bed was super uncomfortable (king).

The kiosk stated that the bar would be open Friday and Saturday night it was not, was told Covid-19 was the reason. The sink in our room was pulling away from the wall. The resort needs updating.

It was in a good location for skiing at Jack Frost or Big Boulder. The resort is ok for a ski weekend, pool is great for the kids. Bar/restaurant would be great if it’s open.

I understand that we are have a shortage with help but the bar was never open. We paid a little more money to stay somewhere that had a bar. If that is the case I feel like you should get a discount. I also called before booking to verify about the bar. Anything over 55$ a night seems steep for an older run down hotel. The pillows were small and had no stuffing in them. The couch was super caved in and I seen a big spider the size of a half dollar in the bathroom. Also the heater smells and the dust coming out of it makes you cough. Pretty disappointed that we paid 200$ for 2 nights, very over priced for the facility.

I didn’t like how dirty our room was, the toilet barely flushed and it looked like it wasn’t cleaned. We had a hard time sleeping at night due to dogs barking. Cleaning crew couldn’t come to clean our room or give daily fresh towels either. The pictures make the place look very deceiving. It is very run down hotel.

Generally looked clean until i looked under the bed trying to find the remote.There was an empty coke bottle with cups.Seems like someone was swinging on the shower rod because the tiles on both end is broken!need an upgrade with towels too small!
