The rooms were small but clean, the parking lot was full, hard to get in and out,but the access the beach was good, just 2 blocks away.

Breakfast was toast, coffee, oatmeal, cereal and oranges, not too much to choose from.

There is a gap under the front door that you could fit a newspaper through. I could hear outside people all night long, including all of the cars driving by on the remain road. The window also didn’t close completely so I heard everybody outback working and doing things in the neighborhood.

Clean room adequate entertainment, selections. Really like the ceiling fan.

Water pressure a little low. Remodel going on at this time. Ice machine broken. Stairs to the garage and second floor rooms hard to carry up luggage with a bad knee. Little things needed to be worked out, like our room coffee maker was missing a part. The micro wave turn table did not spin and the ceiling fan should have been on a separate switch from the room lights, I like to sleep with the fan on. We want stay there again in the future to see the completed project.

Charming old school motel with room doors outside around a central courtyard. Very clean room, fresh paint. Coffee ready at 6:30. Pretty close to the beach and pier. Tv is up high and easy to watch from bed. Room floor plan laid out good.

The floor was filty. My wife and I used the shower when we got the room and noticed our feet were black with very little walking around the room Barefoot. Then we noticed our white socks were black as well. I mopped the floor with a wet white towel and took pictures and showed the office how bad it was... The maids are not mopping the floors... The tile at the end of the bed was coming up and could be a trip hazard or cause an injury. Also, there are 3 handicapped parking spots near the office, and I noticed they were allowing cars with out handicapped placards park there overnight My wife and I are both handicapped and had to park below in the parking structure and walk up and down the stairs or the steep ramp when the cars upstairs had no plackards. The people at the front desk need to make sure the rooms are clean and they need to verify handicapped spots near the office have authorization. The Spots also need better marking...is not very visible... There should be a requirement that they check if the person has a valid plackard.

the floor was a dirty when we arrived. A bit sticky, and leaving marks on socks. On our second day, we asked the front desk to have housekeeping give it a good clean, and they did clean it. Still, there is no reason to assign a room with a dirty floor.

paid over 400$ for a 2 bedroom suite and when I got there was told ALL the rooms were one room with beds. it was false advertising and I won’t stay again.
