Well they changed the name to days inn years back to bad they didn't change the mattresses, mine was hard and to the point you could just feel springs. The free breakfast used to have hot and cold cereal. Not any more. They still have waffles but didn't see any syrup for 2 days no fresh fruit as in the past. Also no peanutbutter for the toast and they switched jellys from Welch's to some generic brand that taste waxy and gummy. If you're gonna cheap out on the breakfast menu for a few cents savings then reinvesting in mattresses for the comfort of your guest and to keep them coming back would be an improvement. No i had a handicapped room and i would suggest, since they went to hard wood floors that are fantastic, they need to in the handicap rooms put a grab rail on the wall by the bed to help us not slip.

It was extremely clean and quiet. It was at a decent price for San Diego but in San Marcos north county San Diego it was in my opinion a little bit much even for a weekend

My first full day I started my morning with no water, it was at least fixed quickly but frustrating. The bed if I sat on the edge furthest away from the wall would swing up.

All of the staff was very friendly and quick to respond or react. And it was clean feeling.

My co tenants.people are not respectful of others one person had their garbage and towels in the hallway. No smoking of everything should be enforced. I know it’s an expense but there should be some kind of security presence overnight because people are getting so weird, loud and disrespectful of others and the facility. Don’t be afraid to throw people out when they disrespect your facility and rule.

freeway off ramp was right outside the bedroom window. Noisy but the AC does help to drowned it out. Breakfast was skimpy.

the studio was nice with the layout of the room. the couch and tv being separate from the beds give some privacy. If some are ready for bed but others want to stay up.

The property outside is dated, older and near other businesses that are a bit run down. Outside areas could be cleaner. Parking lot was busy. The room was tiny and spartan. It was to be expected for what I paid and for just a night to sleep somewhere but I would not choose to stay here for anything more than that.

The room was clean inside. It was affordable. It met my needs of needing only a place to stay for a nigjt.

There seemed to be many people who were actually living at the motel. And one evening the high-pitched alarm in the office was sounding. Two officers from the Sheriff's office pulled in before I did. I had to wait in the car away from the building until the alarm went off. It was piercing loud. I did not feel the safest.

The room was very clean when serviced. It was nice to be in between the office and a non-guest room. I liked that there was coffee available every morning.

No Bible. Ice Machine broken. No ice available.( Fridge does have a sm freezer tray that did freeze a bottle of water, which saved me). Breakfast was just ok. Very small foam coffee cups. No liquid creamer. No sugar free syrup. Bath tub had cracks in it. Sad I couldn't take a bubble bath. Chair at desk was badly stained.

Mattress and pillows were very soft Easy access from freeway. Smoking rooms available. Includes a nice size fridge and microwave. Nice size TV. Also included was an iron and ironing board.

I booked 2 nights. I was charged more than half of the room charge at 9:30 am, the day i checked in. I was not allowed to check in until 3. Booking.com's policy is that property will notify you if charged prior to arrival. They did not. When i asked for manager to call, he did not. Staff was rude- telling me thats how they do it and they dont have to notify me. I asked to have a 1 hour late checkout - i was told "we dont do that". I had to fly, did not have a car and had to go to airport 3 hours early. Staff very rude!

The hallway carpet was filthy. The breakfast was juice waffles and toast. There were no elevator had to carry my bags up stairs. All the outlets in the room were loose and plugs keep falling out. Only outlet that worked was the bathroom and under the desk.

The price and the location. The staff was nice and helpful. It is really close to pretty much anything. My room 217 was clean and comfortable.

Shift change is at 3pm, which is exactly at check in creating an undo stress with the patrons having to stand around during the process. you also advertise breakfast. you’d be better served saying “continental” breakfast to lower patrons expectations.
