We really enjoyed our stay. The room was large, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had a great time in the pool and the breakfast was exceptional!

Very noisy because it's next to I-90. Traffic noise all night. Cheaper choice than the others in the same parking lot. Staff nice but couldn't tell me if pool was heated or not. No hot tub that was kind of a bummer. Our bathroom was pretty small

Too close to a highway, the pool had too much chlorine, and kind of small, and the carpet in the room needs to be replaced.

I checked in at 2pm..around 4pm a woman was given a key to my room and walked in on me when i was in the shower.they say it was a mistake because the room was vacant..and it was noisy alot of noise from the hallways all night long

Person who registered us was rude. Complimentary breakfast was bad. Pool was small and freezing cold. Room had a funky odor. Other people could control our tv, which was very irritating. Side door lock was busted so anyone could come and go.

Originally canceled 8 nights to 4 nights with hotel approval but upon arrival the desk clerk said there was no revised reservation. It only displayed the cancellation. The desk clerk apologized the mistake and I appreciated his concern. John

The pool was dirty, and disgusting. The pool, especially walls, and windows were filthy. Overall the building was very dirty, and there was no hot tub available. We will not be staying there again

The toilet in our room didn’t work, was clogged when we checked in. We were told we were the last people to check in (late at night) and it was the last room. We used the bathroom in the lobby. It was a basement room. The smell in the room was very stale and moldy. Like it hadn’t been used una while. We had to open the window to be able to sleep.

This building has no elevator. Main floor is the 2nd floor, no elevator to the 3rd floor. Bathroom in room is very small.

The hotel looks run down. First floor below parking lot level. When you look out your window you see car tires and black top. No elevator. Two burners did not work on the stove. Coffee maker had residue stuck to the filter holder. Shower heads screamed when in use. This hotel is in need of a remodel. I would not return to this hotel until it gets an upgrade.

Breakfast is great. Best gravy ever. Bed was comfortable. Great location.Restaurants and stores close to hotel. Moses Lake and recreational parks are very close. Bring a boat if you have one. Nice golf course and disc golf course are close to hotel.

We did not get the room we booked. We were told the kitchenette was over booked even though we were promised the 2nd floor room just the week before. We did not like the first floor rooms as they are below parking lot level. No elevators at this hotel. We were told that guests can be moved around before check in by the staff at the hotel. We will not use Booking.com for future reservations as we feel that was the reason we lost our reserved room.

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Best gravy we had compared to all the hotels we stayed during our 24 day road trip thru the northwest and Canada. Located close to all major stores and restaurants.
