Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesOnly one functional elevator. Sink was clogged when we arrived. Picture showed a couch in the room, there wasn't one. Took forever to check out.

United StatesElevator, they only had one. The lights on the buttons didn’t work and every time you go up or down it made a squeaky noise. The parking lot, seemed a sketchy even with the security onsite. Balcony had the plastic chairs and table that were dirty. Bathroom is old and outdated the bath tub definitely needs to be replaced.
location was great right by the freeway and local stores within a 5-10 min drive. I liked that it had a balcony you can go step outside to. Security very visible with multiple cameras everywhere. Quiet property. Staff for the most part the ones I spoke to were friendly.

United StatesOne of the rooms was locked with the security bolt as if it was already occupied so I couldn't enter. I have video of this. The room was replaced with another that had a very loud heater. So that room was replaced with one that had a large tear in the curtain and a used Marijuana pipe at the head of the bed on the floor. Also, the receptionist didn't give directions to the elevator.

United StatesI was not impressed with the ventilation. The air conditioner didn’t work well making it very stuff. I couldn’t open window b/c the screen was torn and we were on bottom floor (I was traveling with my children) There was people loitering. There was no hand soap we were told to buy it from their mini store. We needed more toilet paper and front desk got annoyed with us. Horrible service.
The room was big and clean just as it was shown on Booking.com I loved the refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom prefect in size. Was a great room and good value! Security was AWESOME and attentive, more helpful then front desk with making us feel comfortable.

United StatesThe only issue with the room was some of the electrical outlets needed to be replaced. They are worn out and the cell phone charger wouldn't say plugged in. The only other issue was the parking. Not enough spaces. On any normal day there is probably enough spaces. But for for something as big as the Aftershock Festival not enough parking spaces.
The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. They did have onsite security which was nice. I would say it was a very good value. The price and the location was really good.

United StatesThe location was accessible to Freeways; However, a ton of other foot traffic incl. Possible drug deals, prostitutes and winos seemed to frequent the lot. Someone on Opposite end of Hall was having a VERY LOUD CONCERT Party with multiple people; A lot of traffic in hallways incl. a seemingly prostitute waiting in the foyer.
There was NO BREAKFAST Offered; The location included Prostitutes, Walking passerbys and feasible drug deals outside rhe facility.
