That in order tobise the pool you had to use it before dusk. The continental breakfast did not have many protein options. Would like to see more bacon and egg.

The first night we got there, the staff member was a little rude, and we had to let them know that our room smelled of smoke and mildew. The pool area closed at dusk..this was not mentioned upon check-in..

The theft of my money, the lack of apology and the rude staff let this hotel down.

I was charged twice for my stay, the hotel staff were rude about this, they did not tell me at the time, I was notified by my bank and the staff were unable to rectify this despite me attending reception and asking every day, I was told conflicting information. Money was taken off my card when I checked in and it was not returned until 5 days later onto my card. The staff were rude about this and said they could not give me a print out of the computer screen, and invoice or there stated there was no manager to speak to, I am not sure how in a hotel this size, there is no manager on duty, being told they were off until the following Monday. There was no apology made for this, despite me accruing charged with my bank. This is theft and the hotel should have explained the error at the time, made an apology and being polite, instead the staff were rude and dismissive and could not care.

Breakfast, spacious comfortable room, clean and great pool.

Rooms only cleaned every three days. Never enough toiletries left for the time span or people in the room. Only one or two coffees left for the three days. Roof top facilities available but only to club level which we had, although it was supposed to be open until eight you could struggle to gain access after seven as door would no longer open. The hotel main bar only opens three or so evenings a week. The Hotel seemed to be extremely understaffed with the same person seen doing multiple roles. It now only has one dining room for breakfast for both towers. There was no waffle machine, and the pancake machine was very hit and miss. Breakfast was not as good as in the past.

Location was great for universal parks. Hilda was lovely in the rooftop bar. Mildred on reception was very helpful and pleasant.

Poor Breakefast compaired with other stays of the same price range. There was only one elevator working with the hotel being full, we had to use stairs multiple times.

Room was spacious and had a lot of facilities. Location was as good as expected. Staff was good and strict.

Room has cooking facilities without cutlery, Delph or pans. My daughter bought a microwave meal nearby and asked reception for cutlery, they declined. Yet the breakfast room nearby had a wall dispenser with plastic cutlery. I'm not sure why self-catering facilities are in the room without the utensils to use them. Staff were not friendly In general, why are disposal plates and cutlery used all over Florida in hotels? It's really wasteful

The foyer was stunning for Christmas. Bedroom and bathroom were good size

Only 1 working ice machine on 4th floor. Signs by each floor elevator directed to other floors for ice. Example on floors 2&4 it said ice machines were on 1&3 yet those floors had no ice machine. Either it was meant to be a joke or maintenance can't read. Also would like healthy breakfast options.

They only had 1 elevator and it took 15 mins to get down. They were to busy for that. You also needed your key to do anything. Even turn your room on. The power to your room didn't work unless you inserted a key into the wall.

Even though the property was clean, it was old and furniture was worn and torn. The breakfast was included, however the foods were stale and tasteless.

Breakfast room is very spacious and clean with lake views, but the breakfast selection is the worst out of all hotels we’ve stayed. We brought our own bread and toasted it there, the carpet in the room was dirty, looked like it hasn’t been vacuumed at all. The location is nice, but to get to the hotel, you have to get through a sketchy patch of semi-closed amusement park, tattoo shop, smoke shop that has knives and machetes displayed in the store front and bunch of gift shops, didn’t feel unsafe walking through, but the neighborhood looks rough. Hotel area was clean and maintained well

Beds were the most comfortable out of all hotels we’ve ever stayed, even better than Waldorf Astoria hotel that is 8x the price. Pool, hot tub and lake view were nice
