Our mattress was the worst we've experienced in a hotel and needs to be replaced. There were lumps and bumps, most likely, caused by the dips from too much use. Not expected at a Ramada Inn.

Every time we returned to our room, our room key wouldn’t work and we had to go to the front desk, inconvenient. The bathroom could use some work and the carpet was very dirty. Yes we did have a small dog in a room that houses pets but the carpet could’ve been cleaner. Why are there no microwaves? If we would’ve known that there were no microwaves, we would’ve considered another place.

Well maintained grounds, the property in general was nice. Offering breakfast to customers is always nice and convenient. Check in was easy, staff very helpful.

When we got in the a/c was set at 60 degrees and the fan was running. We turned the a/c off but had to get our jackets As shown in one of the photos below the outlet on the right side of the bed is missing its cover. When we turned the tv on it was turned to a Spanish channel and we could not change it. After messing with it for over 5 minutes I gave up asked the desk clerk for help. He knew exactly what the problem was before we got to the room. It is obvious to me that this problem has occurred before. A guest should be able to turn on the tv and make it work without a problem. The shower mat shows me that your motel is sloppy in your maintenance.

No Wifi, which is critical for an international traveller and hotel is advertised to have it. Breakfast is cutoff early at 9 am. Spiders in the ceiling with webs. Key card works intermittently. Sink area outside the bathroom could be bigger. Light fixtures are hard to work.

Good location for a road trip stopover, just off I-5. Room is dated but functional and spacious, comfortable for a family of 4. Good value for room.

Carpet a little stained, bathroom exhaust fan didn't work and the door key cards would only work for a few times before needing to be replaced a total of 3 times.

Air conditioner cycled on and off at very short intervals, disrupting sleep. Toilet paper holder was the kind that you see at rest stops - was broken and required 2 hands to use. No coffee maker in room.

The walls are thin, so the next door neighbor could be heard. There is only one luggage trolley. Not my concern since the stay was overnight. But it could be a problem for some. Not many electrical outlets for USB plugs, not even on the lamps.

The location off the freeway was ideal. Close to freeway but quite-very surprising. Breakfast was good, as expected. It's the basic type.

Run down meaning like missing large chips of plaster here and there; Bathtub bottom had red "blood like" small flecks from mold that grew under the rubber mat and stained. A square red stain on bathroom counter from some traveler.

It is a good location to stay the night when traveling Hwy 5 or crossing on Hwy 20. Friendly and professional staff. Clean if not a bit rundown. Had a King suite which was a decent size, clean but run down in places, quiet. Had a small ok couch & chair; microwave, mini-fridge & sink area with coffee maker & powder creamer; Shower had good water pressure and hot quickly; TV across from kingsize bed which had a good matress with 4 comfortable pillows. Breakfast room was small and crowded and most of the breakfast items were not available. Had a cup of coffee. Three options of coffee with creamer, not powder.

really needs a refresh. everything is dated and rough looking . The breakaways as minimal as it could be, cereal, a basket of apples and a waffle machine. Also plain bagels and bread with a toaster that had to run three times to toast.
