They were able to keep the grand Hotel walk with modern conveniences

There was no staff for breakfast, we waited ten minutes nothing. No microwave which seemed super wierd. No menu to use for room service. But it was beautiful 😍 and comfortable.

Quiet, clean exept the night stand had something pink and gooey from the previous people in it..otherwise cost was good. Comfortable and a beautiful hotel.

Newly upgraded beautiful, pleasant Art Deco theme. The rooms are completely modern, bathrooms small but perfectly designed. Came with bathrobes, the whole works. Breakfast room on the 5th floor was very attractive and when they rolled back the glass canopy we were suddenly eating outdoors- the fresh breeze felt great. I love this hotel.

My room was not ready, I checked in at 4:45 and had to wait till 5p. When check-in is at 4p. The valet was not available when I arrived. I had to self park in the garage across the street that once you leave you cannot get back in. And they over charged from what the posted charges are. Don't park there! Both inconveniences I was comped for and I do appreciate that. The towels were very scratchy and could definitely use some fabric softer.

I would definitely stay here again, the room was very clean, the beds were super comfy. The dine in breakfast was good as well. Great location. I was visiting Paisley Park and Mall of America, both within easy driving distance. Target Center is a 10min easy walk as well.

The wine at the bar was crazy overpriced. I’m a single mom traveling for a family thing. It eas a total bummer that I couldn’t get a glass of white wine for less than $17 w/o tip.

The check in staff was excellent, kind, and gracious—and speedy when I was tired!

I needed a late check out, but was not able to get one kinda sad with a 100$ damage deposit I should have been given at least 1 pm I told him I was eating he said no, so I had to rush and eat my food to check out

We had upgraded to a ‘City View’ but the view was not of the city, but the side of another building.

The location was convenient and the hotel itself is beautiful.

Our reservation said we would get a bathtub but upon arrival we didn’t have a bathtub.

It was a really fun getaway and Rand Tower met all my expectations and went above and beyond to meet our expectations.

My wife and I were in town for the Billy Joel/Stevie Nicks concert and it was very convenient to walk to the US Bank Stadium and back. The hotel exceeded my expectations and we will definitely stay there again.

Service was awful. 1 hour check in queue. Horrible staff. No breakfast avaliable. Skyway closed at eeekends so nowhere to get food. Service was shockingly bad - very rude!

Awful experience. Allowed me to book the room but would not allow me to check in. Did not provide refund, when they specifically stated I shouldn’t have been able to book, obviously the problem was on their end and they did not even offer qny compromise in this issue.
