The staff was not knowledgeable of the area. And when we returned at 9 the bar and restaurant were shutting down and aggressively unwelcoming.

Rooms are a bit small, which wasn't a problem for me, but something other people might want to know.

Location was perfect! Very close to Target Center. Also, there is a garage next to the hotel that is only $15/ night on weekends (non-valet).

Loud buzz from the baseboard heater. Food options for dining in were limited and not very fancy.

When we were checking in, we were going to be late to the concert because there were only 2 people checking in and a line to the front doors. A staff member started offering wine, but started with the person behind me!

Value at the time...I am booked again in June and that price is too high, I think. Location is great, as well as parking garage accessibility.

Parking was awkward and made no sense they had valet which is nice but I was on a budget and didn’t want to pay that 50 bucks. At least they had a separate parking unit next door for 15 but make sure you car isn’t big like mine narrow turn in the parking garage. The room didn’t come with a microwave which pissed me off the most. Didn’t like the hidden deposit fee maybe it’s in the fine line but the app I went through said everything was paid for

The property was nice especially for being where it’s downtown close to everything I could walk to or catch a cab too. Room was definitely nice thought it would be a bit bigger but it was just enough. I got the kind suite with a view but it wasn’t really worth the extra bread unless I have a view of the sunset at least.

I only wish the hotel had pump dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner instead of little plastic bottles... more and more I just find them annoying!

Great hotel, very comfortable bed, classy tower in a central location right off the LRT, solid wifi, very clean room with fittings that worked. A very enjoyable stay overall, strong recommend.

The outlet in our bathroom wasn't working and neither was the hair dryer. We were in a hurry and after calling the front desk who said a dryer would be delivered - along with extra coffee - that didn't happen before we had to leave and the coffee didn't arrive either. I went out with wet hair. The toiletries were VERY subpar for the level of cost and the level of reputation for the property.

Blondette and the service there is BAR NONE. Ava is the best server in the Twin Cities. Having a difficult allergy (garlic!!) makes meals out rather embarrassing and she was so respectful and kind about this difficult request. Had her both times I've visited and highly recommend Blondette to anyone who wants recommendations. Rand Tower room - the city view and amount of windows was spectacular!! Getting extra coffee for the room at the front desk was great!

Parking and management. Jeff was not helpful or informative about parking. They overcharged us and acted like we should understand that we have to use the valet parking when nobody explained it to us. Management was not very nice or didn’t do anything to make it up to me still working on getting a refund back for parking after several weeks.

The tv wasn’t centered with the bed so only the person sleeping closets to one side could fully see what was on. The placement of some of the furniture could’ve been more functional. Needs a vending machine for snacks/drinks. Bar wasn’t open so was unable to get any sort of beverage. Otherwise clean friendly hotel

I was under the impression when I booked that parking was included, so was disappointed when I had to find parking and pay an extra almost $100. I booked on a third party site, so the information may not be correct or up to date.

The air conditioner was very loud each time it started up .. sounded like a blizzard outside! 😁

There was an issue with breakfast. The Booking confirmation email stated "Meal Plan, Breakfast 20 dollars" We asked upon arrival because we wanted to get the breakfast deal, and staff seeemed very confused and said that breakfast was a la carte. We arirved very late and did not think to pursue the matter further because we would look into it the next day. We asked next day at the Coquette, the restaurant situated in the hotel, and again we got a confused look and were told that they did not have that, it was at breakfast hours. Again we thought we got it wrong and decided that we did need breakfast at that point, and ate at the restaurant. We read the confirmation email again and it clearly stated breakfast 20 dollars We then talked to the very friendly concierge about it, and to sum it up she had never heard of it and said it did not exist. Upon showing her the email we recieved she agreed that it was indeed 20 dollars breakfast that was clearly written in the confirmation email. She took photos of our restaurant bill and the email og promised to forward it to head of finance, Derek. It was the Bank Holiday so she said he would see it by Tuesday 5. Sept. We left that day. We never recieved any response. We have tried writing the hotel 3 times through different channels, last time through Booking.com - and have not heard a word! No matter the result of our request/complain, I find it incredibly bad form that a hotel of that standard does not even reply!!!!
