I did not like the remote for the t.v it was missing the back cover and was taped. Batteries would move. I would update to like Apple t.v access with Apple remotes.

11 Am checkout time. The beds and spacing was comfortable. We had access to stay and use swimming pool from 10 Am. Until 10 pm.

The toilet was loose! Had to be careful sitting down or getting up. It was very annoying as the lid sounded like it would fall off. The shower was clogged with the nastiest clump of hair. I had no choice but to remove it if I wanted to take a shower. Very gross.

Checking in was super easy and I was asked questions I've never been asked before. I felt like they cared about my stay. The location is always a plus and parking is never an issue. This room has 2 trash cans! Believe it or not, it makes a difference. The iron and ironing board worked with no issues. Overall it was a great stay.

Needs to have more towels! Those towels are tiny as it is. The floor was very dirty! Took my shoes & socks off and my feel were filthy after walking in the room for a while. You could feel the dirt on the floor. The phone is just a prop, does not work. Lost internet connection on the tv so had to go to office coz phone didn’t work. Told the gentleman about it and he said, “do you really want to watch tv, coz I’m eating dinner”. I looked at him and said “yes, I do want to watch tv”.

The room itself was awesome. It was more of a kitchenette w/ a full sized refrigerator in the room. We definitely put it to good use. The ceiling fan is my favorite item in the room. Keeps the room cool. And the bed was very, comfortable.

When I got my rooms, I did find there to be dead bugs on the floor and it did not seem like the room was at least swept before we got there. I talked with a manager on site and they were very understanding and got to clean the room very quickly.

Property does have a swimming pool that is well maintained. Also have a grill to cook out at.

I did not get any rest at all. When we arrived at 4am the key did not initially work for the door. I went back to the front office and had to get a new key. We finally entered the room and it was unbearably hot we tried to turn on the AC and it was u plugged. We plugged it in and it would not turn on. I called front desk and she immediately yelled at me that I had to register my dogs. I told her when we booked through booking I indicated that I had pets. No further validation or deposit had been requested. I said that isn't a problem however no AC was a problem. She again yelled that I had to register the dogs. I said that's fine but the room has no AC and only 1 bed. She said register the dogs and I will turn on the AC. I went downstairs and requested a different room because it smelled and only had 1 bed. She asked for additional payment for dogs and room because she stated the booking was for 1 bed.. A total of additional 40 for 1 night. We received the new room. I put the kids to sleep and then went to pull out the sofa bed and it had dirty linens and bugs in it. There was a knock on the door at exactly 11am asking us to vacate and knocked until I opened the door. I was in the process of leasing the dogs. We were packed and leaving. I yelled thru the door that I was openening up but leashing the dogs and they continued to knock. I didn't sleep at all and paid more than I would have at other hotels in the area. Horrible experience, rude staff.

The location is what I needed. I was looking for a place to rest as we drove down to south padre.

The people who manage the property are rude and don’t have any positive communication skills. They yell at you and have attitude problems. My wife and I used to stay here all the time because our family lives in Raymondville. To not inconvenience our family, we get a hotel room. This use to be our hotel of choice. This visit was significantly less enjoyable. so much so that we will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! We were told we can’t have our family (which is just my sister, her kids and my mom) visit the room during the day without approval by management. If they did come over we had to tell management exactly who would be in the room with us. The room we stayed in was dirty. when we pulled the blankets back we found hair and stains on the sheets and comforter. The towels looked dingy and had soaked in stains on them. The tub walls had someone else’s hairs and soap on them. The shower curtain was stained and dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable and had a dip in the middle. My wife and kept rolling to the middle of the bed. Not that they care, but they lost business from us. We will take our money to the Holiday Inn across the express way moving forward.

butI was able to book at 7 am online for $65 two beds. My husband and I drove 7 hrs so I asked the lady if I could go ahead and check in early she said she has a three bed for $90 which is $25 more plus she wanted me to pay a early checkin fee altogether for $150 she said she was trying to help
