The mattress was a little too soft for me, but I did sleep well. However, I woke up with a sore low back. Also, in the bathroom needs a place to hang your towel and clothes. I had to put my towel on closed toilet lid and clothes on the back of the toilet.it could use a bathroom command strip to hang your wash cloth. I can deal with mattress, but I hate not having a place to hang stuff up in the bathroom. This would be an easy fix.

Location,fun concept and adventure, everything was very clean, super friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and our waiter was top notch. Tiva was wonderful to show us around the wedding venue.

The sheets and comforters had human and animal hair in them. The front desk lady came over and brought fresh linens it was fine but it should have never happened. The bed was also hard as a rock, and we had half a caboose we thought we were getting a full one and I could have misunderstood on this website we used to book or maybe it wasn't clear I'm not sure. It was ok overall

I was very uneasy about the door to our train- could’ve been more secure. A bolt lock maybe or a stronger door.

For a large family suite, we really needed more room. There was sleeping for 6, but barely enough room for anything other than sleeping. We had to be creative to even fit our luggage inside. We would definitely need a larger space to stay more than 2 nights in the future.

The property was beautiful, and the train cars were charming as could be. We really enjoyed the restaurant and gift shop, too.

Fun stay for the family. Kids really enjoyed it. With a bunk bed and queen bed it's a little tight in the caboose, but we didn't spend a lot of time inside. Excellent location. Good restaurant on site, neat store, some outside activities (petting zoo). Had a good time.

The atmosphere and fun of staying in caboose continuing a family tradition of 2 decades of stays at the Red Caboose. The staff is friendly, fabulous fun and kind. The food is excellent... Was here with 4 teens and one pre-teen grandkids and we all really enjoyed our stay, food and service. We were in the large family caboose. Quarters a tad cramped, as expected and we loved it🙂

The smell of horse manure first thing in the morning. And the bed was a little.uncomfortable.

It was a very unique stay and close to most attractions. And office employees we sooo friendly.

Several lights were out, but the maintenance man came early the next morning to replace bulbs that had been reported. The only danger was the porch light being burnt out upon our arrival.

The Rooms were spotless. The front desk personnel were warm and helpful. Our grandchildren loved the experience and the gift shop was a grandmother’s heaven!

The strong smell of animal poop that permeated the whole area, but that is just part of being around farmland. No big deal.

The rooms are super cute. This was not my first time staying at the Red Caboose. I was there in October and many times as a child. I love the area and overall experience. The woman during check-in was super sweet and helpful!
