I made a mistake by pre paying through booking.com for Feb. 27, 2023. I arrived on January 27th and had to pay an additional fee. You refused to reimburse the 2/27/23 room payment even though I gave you one months notice that I would not use it. Not Fair. No reply from you. Make good on this.

The floor was too dirty! They were unprepared for the amount if people checking in. There was an extremely long wait and the pwrsonnel wasn't exactly nice. It looked to me like they were as unhappy as we all were.

The staff was unprepared for the amount of people checking into the hotel. We stood in line almost an hour just to check in. Then when we got to the room the remote for the TV did not work. It probably just needed batteries but l did not want to stand in line again just for batteries. I asked house keeping about it when she was next door cleaning a room but she said l had to go to the front desk. So l told them the next morning their remote did not work.

The check in clerk wasn't very friendly. It turns out that every Wednesday at the large area next to the hotel there is a huge motorcycle gathering every Wednesday. There was a very loud ever present roar of motorcycles until midnight.

What my wife and didn't like there was no place to even get a cup of coffee or breakfast the vending machine was suckish there was Jamaican woman at the front desk her attitude stunk like rotten eggs.

Most of the staff at front desk was very nice and went out their to help the maids was awesome as well the rooms was very clean and smell really nice too.

We asked for a room close to the front desk. Because we had two people with us that are handicapped. They would not give us a room for our handicapped travels. They said that we didn't Ask for a handicapped room. What does common sense say when we told them that we were handicapped upfront. We as far away as you can get from the front desk. They told us that our handicapped room was not available yet. We would need to wait 20 minutes. We waited over 40 minutes and then we were told that we couldn't have a handicapped room. The room that they put us in had been ready for almost 5 hours per when they plugged in the alarm clock.

The other lady at the front desk was overwhelmed and not friendly. I can’t blame her. The elevators stunk! The pool was clear, but needed to be cleaned for bugs, etc.

Isabelle was nice. I think you should have more help at the front desk during peak hours. Michael was very kind to me.
