Nothing about the property was a problem. Its location, right next to the ferry terminal, meant that we had to get around traffic to the ferry to get to the property itself. Otherwise, there were no real negatives about the property.

We’ve stayed at this property before, and have always felt comfortable here. The staff was attentive, the room was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was very nice. We particularly liked that the desk clerk was able to help us find a really nice ride to and from the cruise terminal.

No elevator and no first floor rooms so you have to drag your luggage up one or two flights of stairs

Hotel staff and shuttle staff were very friendly and helpful. Love that we can leave our car here while we cruise. Have done this twice now and no problems.

Our room was not serviced for our second nights stay. We had to take out the trash, make our bed, and go to the lobby and exchange our used towels and washcloths for clean ones.

Getting a shuttle to the cruise port. We love being able to leave our car there. This is why we stayed.

Ceiling repairs inside room looked like the ceiling needed better coverage. Looked like mold possibly? A couple of plugs did not work. Everything else was okay. Room was very clean.

Some lobby furniture in need of repair for a couple of years, as well as the soda/snack machine, which has never worked since we have been going there.

The only complaint I have is there needs to be an elevator for those of us who cannot use stairs.

I wasn't able to stay at the facility because it did not have an elevator. Would have given them a 10 if they had one. My wife and I are not able to use stairs due to medical reasons and I had to seek out another facility for us to stay at. The gentleman at the front desk was great, hospitable, professional, and very apologetic that the facility was not able to accommodate my wife and I.

Next time I will bring my own pillows. The ones they have are thin. We are headed there today for a cruise and are staying there tonight.

Free cruise parking with stay. Room had everything we needed. They have shuttle service that can take you to cruise port for a fee. Friendly staff. We were very happy with the value of our stay.

No vending machines. Has s pop machine that was mostly empty. No elevators. The showers were low pressure and took forever to warm up.

No elevators. It was difficult carrying our heavy luggage up and down 2 flights of stairs. The vending machines were broke. And there was no stores or restaurants within walking distance. Twice,housekeepers just came in without knocking. Not enough outlets. And no room phones.

The staff works hard to assist guests. Sharonda is the best ! They allowed us to check in a little earlier . The staff drove us to the airport and to/from our cruise ship. And let us wait to check out,until our trip back to the airport. When Maintenance was working,they helped carry our luggage.

All rooms are on second floor, but understand as it is so close to the water. Rooms are a little outdated, but very clean and spacious.

staff was very nice. TV didn’t work in first room, but was able to move to another easily. was able to leave the car parked there while on a cruise. Had a service available to bring and pickup us up from the cruise terminal.
