There wasn't any breakfast. I found drug paraphernalia in my room. The tub was dirty and smudges all on the mirrors. One room I had the rug smelled like urine

Didn't like that there was only 2 towels and 2 wash clothes, I'm use to there being atleast 4 towels and same amount of wash clothes.. and I ended up leaving out a day early and couldn't get a refund for a day I wasn't going to be there, front desk wasn't to friendly

Keep in mind what you're getting. Absolutely no frills. No breakfast or coffee in lobby (which was locked), only one pack of decaf coffee in room. Maybe not the best location. But for the price, it was good. Beds about as comfortable as you'd expect. It was fairly clean (three roaches, stains on one sheet), no noise through the night (traffic or guests), plenty of channels. I'd say just right for if you need a place to stay overnight on the way to somewhere else, like we did.

Cheap and easy to access, there were no problem to check in even at late night. Room was old but clean. Also the beds were comfortable and well maintained.

The bed bugs were a huge turn off. I dealt with the location cause it's convenient, close to my kids. After spending a couple hundred to clean my body, clothes, car, my belongs, and my pets just to be safe, I should have just stayed at home

The room was so dirty. Pile of ashes next to bed in a non smoking room, pile of garbage by bed and behind table along with drug paraphernalia looked like it hand not been clean in a long time. The sink has red stuff in it, the bathroom had feces on the wall and floor. Took pictures to send to the bbb. Also when asked for money back they wouldn’t not and said they couldn’t cuz I booked online. They would not give me there names and wouldn’t even come look at the room. Very upset about it

The front desk said my reservation was for a smoking room. This seems to be some issue with Booking.com as I never have smoked, I am allergic to it, and never book a smoking room. They did change and put me in what was supposed to be a non-Smoking room which was on the second floor. However, as soon as I entered the room it had a clear marijuana smell like it was coming from the rooms below. It was faint so I decided to stay. However, after I fell asleep, I was awakened by a strong marijuana smoke presence in the room that kept me awake for more than an hour until it subsided. During this period the smoke detector started beeping like its battery was dying which made it nearly impossible to sleep. I wanted to talk with the staff in the morning but the doors were locked and no one was in the lobby.

Close to the Shark's restaurant which had friendly staff and good food.

Roaches, rooms were dirty, tv didn't work. The maintenance person working with no shirt on, safety pin through his nipples, piercing every way. It was located by a store. Drug activity. There was a homeless man lying on a mattress outside sleeping. Nosey because there were crowds of people out there. Kids outside playing at night. Families live in the place. Might be for someone else but not us.

The towels , showers and bed linen were dirty. The room smelt like cigarette smoke and it was supposed to be non smoking. The room was not of quality it had my skin crawling.. Never again!!!!
