The outdoor pool was closed while we were there due to a chemical imbalance. We would have enjoyed using it. The floors are all vinyl planks. Although this is great for keeping things clean, there needs to be a floor mat inside the door to wipe your shoes off. We ended up with wet floors from the wet outdoors and had to use an old towel from our car to dry the floor so we could walk around the room without shoes on.

The room had plenty of storage and outlets. The bed was comfortable. The location was on a major street, but it was quiet inside. We appreciated having the refrigerator and microwave, as well as a good coffee machine. The staff was very friendly and quick to respond. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pits and we used the fitness room (good treadmills).

I wasn't sure about the place because the exterior looks a bit like a truck stop, but the interior is very nicely appointed and the rooms are current and have been rehabbed well. I would say that the mattress was exceptionally firm though and I had a hard time getting comfortable. That said, the pillows, sheets and towels were all nice.

The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful when I had to move the reservation to the next day due to illness. Check-in was super smooth and I was able to choose a room based on my preference. My room was quiet and spacious and clean, and had everything you needed for a multinight stay. Location was also convenient for in and out.

The smoking I the room next to us wasn't great, but that was taken care of. The rooms were smaller than I would have liked, and there was a concert going on nearby that was very loud.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was someone smoking (against the rules) next to us and our room completely smelled of smoke, but they immediately got us a new (and better) room and even checked to make sure everything was ok after. The renovated rooms were quaint but had a lot of features, and the showers were great!

The pool and the hot tub are legit in the middle of a car park. We didn't mind that so much, but three of the four days we were there the spa and hot tub area was locked. Front desk said it was something chemical related, but the hotel didn't seem very proactive of getting everything open again.

The room was large and spacious and everything was very clean. Plenty of room for two people with ski gear. They also had a decent size fridge and microwave in the room. The lobby is decorated very nicely and was warm and toasty. Front desk staff were alway available and friendly.

we thought that breakfast was included, but when we checked in they said that there was no breakfast. no reason given. we ended up staying a second night & when we checked in the receptionist told us that the hotel hadn’t done breakfast in over a year. he said that they had contacted Booking.com, but that the listing hadn’t been changed.

Bathroom outdated, the door was out of its place. Staff fixed it right after my complaint. Bathtube seemed to be clogged. AC very noisy.

Our room was right by the pool and ice machine area… but fortunately, it was cold outside and so not much foot traffic in the area.

The room felt really relaxing with a great mountain mural on the wall. And, the closet/dresser feature was cool and modern but highly functional. The TV was insane… huge and great picture! Appreciated having coffee in the room in the morning.

The airconditioning/heating unit was extremely LOUD when it went on and off during the night... not a big deal but everything else was so amazing that it stands out!

I liked it all

nicely update large room, exceptionally clean. the large couch and table made it relaxing and eating pleasant. Also , having an on tap beer selection available at the front desk was most welcome and the local beer selection was great. the taco truck was very convenient for an excellent breakfast.

Rooms were clean and modern. We stayed in a suite and there was plenty of room. The bathroom was bigger than mine at home!

Motel vibe. Weird pool in parking lot. Cheap flooring and furniture. Shower had poor water pressure and was very odd set up (fully enclosed, lowered ceiling. Hard to shower and someone else benin bathroom at same.

Close to rail tracks. Could hear train at 3am first night. Next two nights were fine. Swimming pool is in parking lot.

Nice modern hotel. Plenty of parking. Great central location.
