The place needs immediate maintenance. The shower had clearly been leaking into the room. We had to switch rooms as water was coming from the ceiling from the shower above ours.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was decent.

Shabby place, many things cry for repair not even talking about basic cleaning and any kind of appeal. Staff not present when you need them. Breakfast hardly eatable (things that might be eatable very quickly out of stock, including coffee).

Location is OK - pretty close to the downtown area.

Homeless people walking around. I let the lady at the front desk that water was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom, she was going to let maintenance know they never showed up. So each time I sat in the toilet to use the bathroom I would get drops of water on my head.

The hotel is still apparently under construction. The room needs a little attention no amenities at all in the room. No coffee pot, no cups for water, no phone, no extra blankets. My mom got very cold and the bathroom stayed cold. There was also a dangerous transition step up into the bathroom from smooth tile to thick tile and I cut my foot open because you don't expect the floor not to be smooth. It goes from soft tile to hard thick tile when you step into the bathroom and there's no transition to smooth that step out the tile in the bathroom is thick and sharp.

around 1:00 am, big knocking noise waked all us up. It last 15 minutes. you know what we felt. and what's more, around 4:00 am. someone bang bang bang .....on the door and got us awake again. Can you believe it. It's a plumber coming to fix flooding toilet and knocking wrong door. Whose fault was it is not important to me any more but it exposed management lack. A sticker with right room number to plumbers will do and avoid the case that the whole pot of delicious soup was ruined by a rat drop.

Sheets and pillow cases could have been changed, or at least shaken off. There were some hair clippings in the sink. Floors were not mopped. Because it was that close to the freeway I expected traffic noise, but it was really loud.

Close to where I needed to be, close to downtown. Very close to the freeway. TV huge. Small fridge and microwave in the room.

You better get to breakfast early or plan on your own breakfast as they do not put out much food and when it is gone (may be well before the 9a end) they will not add any to it. So the included breakfast is first come first served and there no point in asking the staff. Also right on freeway so a wee noisy (front or back -- no escaping it).

The rooms are much nicer than you might expect from the exterior of the place. The room was pretty clean and had the necessary amenities -- no frills -- none required. An okay place except for the "included" breakfast.

The guy in the front desk from night shift the bold one was really rude but the guy from the morning was nice

Location was seedy. Neighborhood did not appear safe. Check in took too long. First room key card did not work. Went back to front desk to resolve. 2nd card key worked. Front desk attendant checked to make sure we got in. That was nice of her. Hooded young males walking through lot where cars were parked. Was concerned about car theft or damage though none occurred to us.

Room and beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
