Boy racers seemed to like revving their motorcycles along the frontage road, which made it *loud* (regular freeway noise I'm OK with). The wifi only really worked in half the room, and kept dropping out in the half furthest from the office, so I recommend you ask for a room away from the freeway, close to the office.

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was OK (although the waffle iron was out of order). There's easy access onto the freeway and it's a short drive to 4th Avenue.

Still no breakfast, no coffee .. at this point, they are being cheap. The towels are garbage, the bath towels are a bit bigger than a hand towel .. very cheap ..

The property is not located in the best part of town so the parking lot in the back has a lot of traffic all through the night. Someone even tried to get into my vehicle but they failed. There was a huge party going on most of the first night I was there and no one was available to tell them to chill not that that would have done much good. Fourth night someone decided they did not like the room the way it was and spent most of the night rearranging it till about 3:30 a.m.. I thought they might come thru the ceiling.

Staff was great, very friendly. The room was clean. It had a nice handicap shower. With a shower seat loaned to me by the staff and delivered to my room. The room was bigger than I expected as was the television. everything was ready when I checked in. Plus they didn't charge me for being an hour early at check-in. Nice touch.

Very spartan room.

The location is close to downtown. My room was on the side away from the freeway. Be aware... there are a lot of homeless folks in the area. I wasn't bothered, but just be aware. I blew a tire and had to spend an extra night. The staff made the process very easy. Courtesy was 10/10. Room was very clean.

FILTHY!! Our first room (originally booked) was disgusting, nothing was wiped down walls were dirty, crumbs all over. The floor had boot stains, the toilet paper roll had poop on it! And there were black ants in the room. I've never been more disappointed in a room before.

The staff was the only great thing about this place, they Rock! They helped move us to a better room. That was the only great party about this trip. Master Suite room is the only way to go here

I was accused of smoking and smelling like fentanyl. After being there for a week I was lied on by the front desk manager when I wasn't even smoking. MATTER OF FACT I don't even smoke. Even had the nerve to come banging on room door and change their accusational story to I was seen with someone who allegedly smelled like fentanyl. She yelled and tried to rush me to LEAVE ROOM NOW (African American Female) said. Even had audacity to threaten to call police. I did however slam door in her face and proceeded to gather my belongings. And left when i was done.

I truly like the layout of the suite rooms. The front and back door access to room is quite convenient when you have friends and family sleep and you need to come and go without interrupting/disturbing others.
