We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesCheck in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but there was a note saying that no one would be there till 4:00 PM. Around 4;10PM a maintenance man came in and very rudely said to everyone waiting to check in, "Just come back later!" Everyone waiting had reservations! By 4:25 PM, I was checked in. The room had hair all over the bathroom door, and the bottom of the door was broken. Water damage was causing the ceiling to de-laminate and fall. The bathroom walls were very dirty. The refrigerator only cooled drinks, not kept them cold. This is definitely a 2 star motel, but with a 3 star price. Staying here should only be $49.00 per night!

United StatesMy husband saw 3 prostitutes by hotel. We also saw 2 men loitering in 2 separate cars in lot and a man circling hotel while talking on cell phone. Very anxious about staying after seeing this. Thankfully no noise (other than traffic from expressway) or suspicious activity after getting to our room. Non-smoking room smelled heavily of cigarettes. Room and furnishings were old. Heating unit very noisy. Would not recommend anyone to stay there.
