Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe bed had hairs on the sheets and pillow cases. The wood stairs were stable but made me worried a little lol. The towels and wash cloths seemed older so we bought our own.
The staff was friendly, especially the head of house keeping. She was very kind and super understanding. The front desk lady was super funny and told us some good pointers about the traffic. The bathrooms could use a little updating but I really liked how the shower pressure dumped water, it was nice after a really long day. Overall it was good

United StatesI couldn't see dirt on the floor in my room but my feet were black after walking barefoot on it and there was hair and grit on the floor as well. There also appeared to be people who were staying long term at the hotel and a few of them were loud, yelling across the parking lot. Dog poop was not picked up, people were grilling in the parking lot. I would have been very uncomfortable as a woman staying alone if I hadn't had my dogs with me.
The location was good, very convenient to restaurants and shopping. My bed was comfortable, the water was hot and the refrigerator in my room kept everything cold. The sheets and towels were clean.

United StatesFirst room I was given a key for wasn’t cleaned from previous guests. The room we actually stayed in wasn’t *very* clean. Smelled like cigarette smoke and there was a small cigar shoved into the air conditioner. When you realize the good price when traveling with animals then those things matter less.
Close to Langley Air Force Base. Very fair with having dogs in the room, which was the best part. It is very difficult to find accommodations when you have three dogs. I wasn’t charged for them either! Would always find a Red Roof when traveling with my animals. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

United StatesI spoke with the front desk about the mold in the room,the sink leaking ,dirty tub,dirty shower curtain. She stated the manager would call when she come to work. I will not stay at this hotel again. I was very disappointed with the quality of the room,cleanliness and the price.The front desk attendant stated," that she would inform management of the issue." She stated," that management was out of town for the day ." She also stated ,"that the management would give Me a call ." I never receive a call to this day about this issue.
