    It was a good stay, we got what we paid for and the staff being cool stands for a lot.

    The bed had hairs on the sheets and pillow cases. The wood stairs were stable but made me worried a little lol. The towels and wash cloths seemed older so we bought our own.

    The staff was friendly, especially the head of house keeping. She was very kind and super understanding. The front desk lady was super funny and told us some good pointers about the traffic. The bathrooms could use a little updating but I really liked how the shower pressure dumped water, it was nice after a really long day. Overall it was good

    Exterior is run down. Elevator is broken. Checking in took about 20 minutes because front desk staff was away handling a guest issue. I had to stand outside the locked lobby until they returned

    I couldn't see dirt on the floor in my room but my feet were black after walking barefoot on it and there was hair and grit on the floor as well. There also appeared to be people who were staying long term at the hotel and a few of them were loud, yelling across the parking lot. Dog poop was not picked up, people were grilling in the parking lot. I would have been very uncomfortable as a woman staying alone if I hadn't had my dogs with me.

    The location was good, very convenient to restaurants and shopping. My bed was comfortable, the water was hot and the refrigerator in my room kept everything cold. The sheets and towels were clean.

    Maybe the loud people outside, but that’s not the properties fault… we also arrived when someone was getting arrested so that was… 😅 interesting

    The staff was definitely great! I believe a woman named Mary or Maya cleaned our room and it was great with no odor

    the ac went out it was hot as hell. the pillows are flat and small. they need a new shower. sheets had burn holes in them the tv didn’t have a guide and it was slow

    First room I was given a key for wasn’t cleaned from previous guests. The room we actually stayed in wasn’t *very* clean. Smelled like cigarette smoke and there was a small cigar shoved into the air conditioner. When you realize the good price when traveling with animals then those things matter less.

    Close to Langley Air Force Base. Very fair with having dogs in the room, which was the best part. It is very difficult to find accommodations when you have three dogs. I wasn’t charged for them either! Would always find a Red Roof when traveling with my animals. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

    Someone dog was barking most of the night. The fitted sheet wasn't clean. The comforter had cigarette burn holes( I was in a no smoking room).

    The price. It was located near some good restaurants.

    Only coffee station with powdered Creamer. Coffee was OK but I prefer half-and-half. No breakfast Second night there there was very loud scary argument going on right outside my door. Two women in a man.

    I spoke with the front desk about the mold in the room,the sink leaking ,dirty tub,dirty shower curtain. She stated the manager would call when she come to work. I will not stay at this hotel again. I was very disappointed with the quality of the room,cleanliness and the price.The front desk attendant stated," that she would inform management of the issue." She stated," that management was out of town for the day ." She also stated ,"that the management would give Me a call ." I never receive a call to this day about this issue.
