The bathroom and sink area had hair everywhere. Bad part during check in I was told to wait in the lobby while the lady I'm assuming was the housekeeper go check the room. Of course minutes later she came back and said the room was spotless and smelled nice. Upon checking in the room did smell nice. However, the bathroom and sink area had hair everywhere which was disgusting.

We were there for just one night and weren't able to use the pool after a long hot day in the car. Staff didn't know why the pool was closed and there was no compensation. The sheets were the worst thing about this stay, I don't know what they were but they weren't any natural material. They felt like plastic and prevented a comfortable night's sleep.

The staff was nice, the facilities were good, and an amazing location! I would say the only thing I didn’t like was I’m just a clean freak and the sink was clogged up. The sheets had previous stains on them and the AC filter was so nasty we cleaned it.

Told everyone couldn't check in til 4. Then they decided to have a staff meeting and made us wait til 4:30 to check everyone in. Also you can't get clean towels unless you go to housekeeping yourself and get them. That's what we were told.

No one at counter almost everytime I went to front desk. And how can they run a motel without towels. For a day and a half they were drying towels. Said they'd bring some up to room when done. Didn't see any, had to go back to front desk and wait for a person to appear then they tried to tell me they were drying, my husband nutted up and they went back and found some clean towels. Wow!

It did not meet my expectations. All of the other RedRoof places I have stayed have had a microwave, coffee pot, frig, and ironing board in the standard room. This room did not have any of these. I did not get clean towels everyday. I had to go and get toilet paper and clean towels and then I was sent to the laundry room to get bigger towels. I will not choose to stay at this redroof again. I was not able to park at the hotel and had to walk to room. I parked at the neighbor business and walked to my room.

The room was clean. The pool area was clean. I enjoyed the pool several times during the stay.

it’s outdated and needs major repair work. toilet leaked, the tub and faucets are very old and rusting. the walls could use fresh paint and the trim around the floor could be replaced. the place is just old and needs a total refurb. Staff could be more helpful when trying to find lost and found. I lost a pair of car keys and didn’t realize it until after we checked out and left the island. I called the hotel and the girl at the front desk looked in lost and found, said most of the housekeepers are good about returning most lost item but couldn’t guarantee they would be handed in. I asked the staff member if she could have someone check the room for the keys, and she said she couldn’t. don’t know why unless someone was checked into the room, but that could have been explained. it sounded like she just didn’t want to go look.

pet friendly. I appreciate the mattress being fully covered by a protective cover, less chance for bed bugs. the staff was okay. we had some issues with being over charged but they fixed that when we checked out.
