Noise from highway, holes in the walls, patched grout, stained sheets. Had to give a $100 deposit upfront for any damage but was told it may take a few days for refund. I did take pictures in case I do not get my refund.

Staff member at the desk could have been more pleasant. There was a man going wild in the parking lot, it took a long time for the cops to be called. The staff never came out to reassure anyone. Bathroom was dirty.

The housekeeper is a very sweet lady. Now on the other hand there is a young grl that works the front desk since we have been here it just seems like whenever she speaks to us its about a "complaint" and it seem's 2 be only when she is working but wevhave been here 3 or 4 days now and so far thats how it seems to be to us and its not right because the conplaint we got tiday was totally false we never have arw dog off the leash and IF she is ofd the leash out inpublic it is for a VERY short time like not even 5min! and this is why we have her on a leash bwcause we sont want "cinplaints idk how there was a complaint already thjs a.m. bot even 10am yet whwn my dog hasnt even been outajde yet....😐😕But other then that roon ia clean the facility is clean, the one time i have been down to get the breakfast that was very gd . all and all its a nice olace to stay u cant let 1 peraon define something ...

This is more a motel than a hotel. The room doors are off the parking lot. It is an old property that is being maintained and cleaned with minimum investment and effort. My wife and 17 yo son checked in around 10:30 at night after spending the day visiting our daughter and going to a UT game. On check in I had to pay a $100 cash deposit and then retrieve my deposit in the morning and wait 10 minutes while they went to check my room for damage or misbehavior. If I was 21, I’d get the deposit policy I guess, but I’m 49. Come on. It was a needless hassle. The room smelled like smoke and had linoleum floors that were mostly swept and mopped. The bathtub drain had rust around it. We had two towels for three people. The breakfast was sparse and we went somewhere else to eat. The booking said two queen beds but they were doubles. All little things but they add up. It was not terrible and served the purpose of an affordable room near campus for one night on a game weekend, but know what you are getting.

We chose this property due to price, availability of a one night stay and proximity to University of Tennessee campus after a football game.

The shower floor needed to be redone, no fan when taking a shower, and a few burnt spots on the comforter. Also the internet was very picky on what it would allow you to access.

We only spent one night and found TWO live roaches while we were there. That's completely unacceptable. The room (especially the bathing area) had the feel of something old they had tried to spruce up "on the cheap". It was also very loud. Overall, I was just really disappointed to spend that much for what we got.

The location was convenient. We appreciated having a fridge, microwave, and iron/ironing board.

After 2 days we still haven't gotten our deposit back and I know for a fact that we did zero damage. The last red roof we stayed at returned our deposit the next day. Do better.

Adjoining door always makes me nervous. Gap between entrance door and frame. Ground floor room has no nets to shield from carpark. Could not turn off CC on tv. Wifi in and out and as an adult I object to being told what I can and cannot view across the internet. Walls very thin. Sketchy characters using the carpark when not guests.

Staff friendly, check in/out quick enough. Sizeable tub. Room also sizeable. Good size beds, comfortable enough.
