The rooms were very small and there is no place to put suitcases. Queen room had no nightstand and king room only had one. Wasn’t our favorite place to stay.

The rooms were very dusty and has a deposit it should not have one for smoking because something seven bed sheets are holy burnt in the floor marks have like cigarette around whatever

Being on a busy intersection with loud semi trucks going by all night kept me awake. The breakfast was horrible. My sheets and one pillow case had dried blood on it. My son asked them to clean my room while we were gone. All they did was sweep, make the bed and replace used towels. When I went to go to bed is when I noticed the pillow with the blood and when I pulled back the blanket, I saw the blood on the sheet. Oh, and could not get the fan to go on.

My room was located near the office so I felt safe sine I was alone. I did have my German Shepherd with me though. I was expecting it to be noisy with people coming and going, but it wasn't. The gentleman that checked me in was super nice. My son didn't specify a downstairs room was needed since I am unable to climb stairs. My room was switched to a downstairs without any problem.

I didn't like the interaction with the front desk when checking in. It wasn't terrible but also wasn't great. However I kept open minded about it probably just being a long day & it being the end of their shift. Something that caught me off gaurd is if you have a guest with you you'll need to provide their i.d also which I guess is understandable knowing it's in a highly human trafficking street, would've just been nice to prepare to have it ready> the inconvenience of going back to the car to get another i.d. The location is also very noisy but what do you expect it is on a busy cross street.

I appreciated how clean it was. Liked the modern style shower & huge flat screen smart t.v mounted to the wall. The complimentary breakfast was also a plus too. Front desk also communicated to me about around what time i'd be checking in which made me feel confident about my room still being ready for me.

Location. Rooms are small. They are okay if you plan on just sleeping but if you are spending a lot of time in the room or have smaller kids, the room is too small.

Nowhere to store or hang clothes— no closet or dresser. Also, ALL rooms have private bathrooms—even thought the Booking.com website seems to suggest — and upgrade and bill for—a private bathroom.

I went to get ice from the outdoor ice machine. The ice was fine and the machine worked properly. However the area around the dispenser was VERY dirty and just needed to be wiped up. I trust the staff just didn't notice.

No breakfast available. We also left at a very early hour to continue our journey. The space set up for breakfast was okay.

Hotel is not in the best of neighborhoods. Didn't feel unsafe but there were a lot of homeless and obvious drug deals going on. You can tell they are trying to clean up the area but just be prepared to watch your surroundings if going outside after dark. The bed was very hard but we managed.

The hotel room was very clean. Outside the hotel was clean. Always had clean fresh towels the next day and coffee. Staff was extremely friendly. Great channel options on the tv. Ice machine worked really well.
