Toilet didn't flush and the shower didn't work plush beds made us itchy and stairs wobbly and not good lighting a lot of dark areas .

Actually nothing we'll it was a place with power after the tornado tore my area up but the toilet didn't flush or the shower work and the bed made us itch and the stairs just felt wobbly some of them when going up to my room.

Lack of hot water the bed was like sleeping on wood there were bugs in the room and also hard time getting into the room first night second night or key card didn’t word and there were some sketchy people in the front office getting replacement key cards not knowing who the room was check in by gave the front guy quest room number and 2 names then the front desk guy said could be under this name and the guy agreed that was it and gave him a key card

Room was old and not like the pictures on your website. The shower head was clogged with calcium buildup. The mattress was a brick. The pillows were hard and flat. The shower knob was to hard for my wife to turn on. The parking lot in front of my room was always full where I had to park on the other side of the building. That was supposed to be a hair dryer in the room so my wife did not bring hers, There was not one in the room her hair is 3 ft long. There was a small amount of mold on the shower wall. I waited to complain until after checking out for fear of them not refunding my security deposit. Which takes 3-5 business days.

The people above me were really noisy at 4:30 am and again at 5:30 am. Someone was moving a heavy chair around and stomping their feet.

The only thing I didn't like was I had trouble getting in and out the room because of the key magnet but front desk was very very understanding and fix the problem real quick and explain why it kept doing that when I enter the room it was kind of smelly from maybe the last guest smoking which it was a non-smoking room so I just sprayed a little Lysol everywhere and it killed the smell real fast the AC was kind of weird to work I turned it on 80 cuz it was cool and raining outside but it was still cool so I don't know what's going on with that I wish they had a microwave they do have a refrigerator but no microwave they also should invest in blow dryers in the room that will be a great idea for that location

I like that I was in the middle of everything as in stores restaurants local tire shop convenience stores and the area was very quiet also I want to mention the front desk employee Keron she was very polite she was very warming great conversation great customer service when I needed help around the area she let me know what I can do and where I can go she was very friendly which they need that in some Hotel employees she was outstanding and you can tell she cared about her job and her customers a very great big smile and I like that she greeted with a smile

I love the pet friendly policy, pets stay free and that makes red roof inn our first choice for traveling. The hotel is tucked in a convenient yet quiet location with a cracker barrel restaurant next door. The room was very clean and the staff was welcoming.
