I was told to look at the room before paying because they don’t do refunds. At first glance, the room was acceptable so we continued the process. Upon parking, a man approached my vehicle acting strange so I told the office. Nothing was done. I get my kids to the room and what do I find? Roaches. I was super worried that someone was going to break into my cars or try to break into the motel room itself.

People screaming and being noisy all night. People started knocking at our door at 5.30 am Front desk had nobody available at the time of check out. Room smelled of smoke even if it was a non smoking room. Pictures do not show actual rooms.

The property outside was not clean, trash all over the place. The rooms need a lot of work to be done. There were missing drawers, broken AC, but it worked and not very clean.

Location was convenient and bed was comfortable.

Room looked in bad shape, door was hard to open and shut. Constant trouble with the key card, wouldn't work most of the time and they try blaming it on the dog but the problem would happen even when the dog wasn't in the room. The lady has a bad attitude and is very rude. Housekeeping doesn't even stop by to see if anything was needed. There's also roaches and we had also found a nasty stale sock in one of the cabinets. No screen on window, parts of the floor were too soft to step on. Terrible experience.

The hotel took my deposit. I was supposed to get back fifty and they charged me forty additional on top of the 84.53 I had paid they charge a forty dollar early check in fee which is not mentioned until you get there. I extended online for a day my room was not left messy and I had left clothes on the floor and when they returned my deposit it was ten dollars when it supposed to be fifty dollars I did not check in early but they charged me.

The first room we looked at had bugs in the shower, hair on the pillows, and the counters weren’t cleaned or sanitary. The second room we had to settle with has no trash can in it, had no travel shampoo or conditioner, the floors were dirty, the only thing decent was the bed mattress wasn’t bad.

We weren’t offered breakfast.

The guest next door, well they actually are permanent residents they were so loud all night the 2 nights we were there, and the fact that we were invited in, by the roaches that were there, killing one every 10 minutes. The reception in the rear of the hotel, we couldn't use the WiFi. It sucked.

The location was satisfactory. I like that it was out of my usual neighborhood.

I felt like this hotel was very very dirty I wouldn’t even shower myself or my kids In this hotel the pool water was literally black that should be drained I had to ware my shoes in my room the whole stay or else my feet would turn black.

The room it was very disgusting roaches everywhere and the bathtub was not clean it was very worn down the ceiling in the bathroom was cracked and coming down toilets didn't flush right floor in the room was coming up and it wasn't quite people in and out talking loud and pounding.very uncomfortable area is very shady to park in it was not worth $85 plus $50 deposit but had no other choice as it was late when he were looking for a room. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

TV remote didn't work, could have been cleaner because I have stayed at lesser motels that were at least CLEAN. Cockroaches!!! Were they an added bonus? I informed the front desk, and she didn't really seem to give a damn. I will spread the word to avoid this place. Although, I highly doubt my honest opinion will make any difference?

Roaches. Broken door lock. Very dirty shower. The reception lady was less than nice. Surprise deposit required.

The bed was comfortable. The location is convenient to freeway. Our cars weren't stolen.
