We got in a pool and didn't realize exactly how dirty it was until once in, my family and I came home with several ringworms on us due to the disinfected pool. It should be cleaned on a regular basis especially with travel time coming up(summer) no one wants to vacation and not be able to enjoy amenities to their full potential that is being offered to us. The rooms were dirty. Upon our arrival getting into the room, there was trash left behind the sink and under one of the beds. We stayed in room 113 if you all want to have a good look at that room, I can guarantee you the trash is still behind the sink and under the bed as well. Your tv channel guide sucks, it only played like 3 channels out of the 10 channels that were available. With the amount of money you guys do get in, due to your nightly rate prices being so low...you should be able to get better cable and better tvs to where guest can stream services from their own devices, you guys should be able to get your pool cleaned on a regular also, you guys should be able to do a lot more with the extra income other than just redoing your name/sign on the outside of the building.

Nothing went well at all, other than one of the staff was "trying" to give tours and recommendations for us to go too.

I was Not notified that there was not going to be water the next Morning from 6:00 am till 12:00 until I finished the check in! I was given a key when I opened the door there was a couple in the room! I had requested a ground floor and there were no rooms available, the atmosphere on the outside of the property was scary. People Drinking beer and hanging outside in the parking lot

The weird smoking smell while everywhere states “no smoking” (make it make sense). The smell also comes out of the AC or it was in my head because I would wake up every morning with a sore throat like I smoke 3 packs or something

The place is extremely old , dirty with a strong smell of dirt and cigarettes, the toilet ran all night and the AC was load, not really cooling and seems as though it was going to give out at any moment oh and at 6am they turned water off to all the rooms and so no one could shower. This was the single worst hotel stay of my 60 year old life

The room, smell like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes seven minutes before I got the key to get in the room. also is my light mode inside your room I asked the front desk thing to put me in a different room, and she refused, which was very unprofessional

Dirty, the carpet is not vacuumed and very dirty, the rooms look old. I was charged for a safe that I did not use and it was supposed to be checked by the staff whether the safe had been used because I was not sure whether I would use it.
