We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe heater unit made a loud noise all night long. I was only able to sleep 3 hours. It was as bad as a hospital room stay with all of the loud noises. The hotel didn't accommodate me. At check out the lady just took my complaint, and said have a nice day.

United StatesThe staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was exceptionally clean! We booked for 4 nights and needed to stay an extra night at the last minute and it was no problem! We were there over Thanksgiving and the staff helped us find a place to get a turkey dinner! Convenient location! On other reviews I saw that people had complained about the construction going on late at night..(in a building across the parking lot) you would NOT even know this unless you were outside! Will definitely stay again!

we came here after a booking at the econo lodge down the road went sideways- as in I checked in, walked into my room, and had to threaten to call the police to get my money back. yeah that’s how bad the econo lodge in cortland is. so by contrast this Red Rood Inn was a paradise. friendly desk staff and clean rooms.
