We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesAfter booking/paying online, was stopped by "manager", that my payment didn't go through. Checked my bank account, money had been withdrawal. Was told I had to call booking.com to see what the problem was. Was told by the "manager", I could cancel thru booking.com, pay cash, and all would be good. Had NO option to cancel, and waited on hold for 10 minutes to speak to customer service. MIRACULOUSLY, as soon as I started talking to an agent, my payment went thru. And I was told by the "manager" that everything was good now. I feel he was trying to get paid twice, since I was a female.
Decent location, decent price. Definitely a get what you pay for hotel. Hotel is very dated, but for a last minute booking, it did what we needed it to do. Gave us a place to sleep.

United StatesThe door was especially difficult to unlock. The room had not been properly cleaned. Dirty towels, a slept in bed. Squished bugs on the floor. It was a really late check in and I was exhausted so I just didn't use the shower and my son and I shared the cleaner looking bed. I took pictures upon entering. It wasn't filthy but housekeeping clearly missed the room. Trash towels and bed changeover.
The location is good. Right off the highway but quiet. Even though you could see work trucks and a lot of guys were staying. I needed something unexpectedly and affordable and it was cheapest in town. The check in staff were friendly. The young woman did not speak much English at all but a spouse or relative came out to check me in since she looked unsure about the online reservation.

United StatesI booked online and when I went to the hotel to check in, no one could find my reservation and they told me I needed to pay for a new one when I already paid online. Contacted Booking and they sent a “request” to the property to refund my money since I literally could not check in, and it still hasn’t been refunded. No one at the hotel could communicate with me because they didn’t speak English. So I paid ~$70 for an absolute waste of time and no room. Absolutely would not recommend. No customer service here at all.

The Regal needs updated. The shower curtain and tub had mold. There were bugs around the bed. I pulled the sheets down and they had black hair. I am sure they were not changed. When I pulled the blanket back I found a dead beetle on the blanket. The man was friendly the lady did not speak much.

United StatesI am disabled and I was given a second floor room far from the front desk. I had reserved through booking.com and when I arrived the last asked to see my card and charged me an extra 68 dollars for the room. I paid and reserved it with booking.com and then the front desk charged me again? I have it in my bank statement. I couldn't take a shower because the head of the shower was broken. There were cockroaches everywhere. I should have spent 20 more and gone elsewhere.

USAThe fact that I should have spent the extra money for a Major Chain that policed the property and kept the drunkin and stoned weirdos away so I could get some decent sleep. The room looked like someone had been murdered in it and needs some SERIOUS upgrades. But you get what you pay for. I'll never stay there again.
